★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κυρία, με το που της είπαμε ότι χρειαζόμαστε ένα μαξιλάρι και χωρίς να τη ρωτήσουμε πόσο κάνει αρχισε να μας αραδιάζει τιμες χωρίς να μας λεει τίποτα για τα μαξιλαρια, λες και πήγαμε στη λαική. Όταν δε σε ρωτάει ο πελάτης για την τιμή ή δε σου βαζει κάποιο όριο, είναι αγενές, αντιεπαγγελματικό και η αρχή της κακής εξυπηρέτησης σε ενα τετοιο μαγαζί να αρχίζει να σου λεει "Λοιπόν ξεκινάνε απο 10 έ". Εχω μπει στη greco strom, ξέροντας που εχω μπει και προσδοκώ πιο επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση. Προσπαθούμε να στηρίζουμε τα τοπικά μαγαζιά και να μην τρέχουμε στις Αθήνες, άλλα με τέτοιες μπακαλιστικες συμπεριφορές, δύσκολα θα μας ξαναδείτε.
The lady, when we told her that we needed a pillow and without asking her how much she makes, started to give us prices without telling us anything about the pillows, as if we went to the popular one. When the customer does not ask you for the price or does not set a limit for you, it is rude, unprofessional and the beginning of poor service in such a store starts telling you "Well, they start at 10 e". I have joined greco strom, knowing where I have entered and I expect more professional service. We try to support the local shops and not to run in Athens, but with such groceries, you will hardly see us again.
