★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally no after sales. Both mattresses were about 2 cm shorter. For weeks they asked me more pictures and video. They said on the phone several times that for sure they will change them. Then I received an phone call that the After Sales department don't see any problem and IF I want something done, they will put an extra piece(!) at the mattress but all transportation costs are mine and it can take weeks. So I have to sleep on the floor! Check also Facebook. Very low score!!!
