We stayed at the hotel for ten days and we would very happily stay for longer. The service and food was excellent, The staff very friendly and professional. A big thank you to the entertainment staff who ensured our days are fun and who never let us get bored! The activities they had planned for were considerate of all ages whether you were a kid, a teenager, or an adult. There was something fun for everyone! Also, Covid protocols were followed strictly which was an important plus in the whole experience! We will surely return, thank you!

Excellent beach, crystal clear waters, great setting, but food is a bit above average. Not that you stay hungry, there is a lot of variety. Very safe COVID protocols. The room was great and everything was extremely clean. The stuff was very kind. Great value for money.

A beautiful hotel wonderfully decorated in boho style. Check-in was a bit chaotic with all newly arrived guests randomly attacking the overwhelmed staff in the lobby. Would have been better if the staff assigned guests to one of the comfy chairs, offered them a drink, and processed them one by one. Our bungalow room (we were offered a complimentary upgrade) was bright and sunny and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. It had a spacious outside terrace with lovely views to top it off. We were located right next to the kids cinema (every evening at 20h30). Fortunately, the sound blocking in the room was quite good, so that didn't stop our 2yo daughter from sleeping. The kids disco at Wednesday however was a bit too much. The pounding bass kept the little one awake, and we had to drag her with us to our only à la carte dinner of the week, which we had hoped would have been a romantic one on one between just the two of us. Alas. All staff is super friendly throughout the entire hotel and the reception is quick and eager to help with any questions you may have. Top notch! The food is excellent with a good variety from day to day. Could be served a bit hotter from the buffet, it cools down fast when you're eating outside. Hygiene at the buffet is well maintained with masks and gloves provided by the hotel. Dinner is accompanied by relaxing live music. The swimming pools are modern and clean, but not (or only very lightly) heated. We personally had no problem with that, but cold-blooded people, beware. The quality cocktails are shaken and prepared with love and care by the bartenders. You do have to get up from your sunbed or dinner chair to fetch them from the bar yourself though. The overall atmosphere and scenery is very relaxing, the resort never felt too crowded or busy. There are plenty of sunbeds available, so no need to place towels early in the morning. The gardens are lush, green and well maintained. The hotel is very child friendly. Our daughter had the time of her life, so we as parents did as well. +++: overall atmosphere, staff, hygiene, quality of food and drinks, spacious and calm -: chaotic check-in, food temperature, pool temperature, loud mini disco once per week, no waiting service at sunbeds or dinner tables 4.5 out of 5, rounded up to 5 ?

The rooms could do with updating but the main draw here is the fabulous staff. Everyone really went out of their way for us- from the concierge who made special allowances so for a friend who traveled with us to the lifeguard who played football on the grass with my son, and the fitness instructor (Thank you Sophia!) who went out of her way to tailor an outdoor yoga class so I could participate with my kids. We ended up having to leave abruptly due to a family emergency and they made that painless as well.

The hotel was absolutely lovely. We went with 2 young children and it was perfect for them. The 4 outside pools were all great (just beware that they are not heated so a bit chilly at first). The slides were really fun too. There is a small playground too which isn't advertised too much but was perfect again. The beach was quite stoney and would recommend beach shoes if you want to go in the water. There were plenty of umbrellas with sun loungers and a decking pathway making it a lot easier to navigate your way along. Food was good. Any longer then a week and I think we would have got bored of the repetitiveness. If i was being picky then it was a bit disappointing not to see more 'traditional' greek dishes or seafood considering we were by the sea. It also would have been nice to have something other than spaghetti bolognaise every night for the kids. Between 11am-5.30pm you can have crepes, pizza, sandwiches, ice cream and cakes. The bars are also always open as well as there being drinks machines to help yourself. This made eating and drinking really easy. I'd really recommend making your way through the cocktail list and ordering an iced coffee for breakfast. My only slight gripe would be that they weren't very forthcoming with offering bottled water which was a shame. We were only allowed a bottle for dinner but would have liked a bottle per meal really and didn't feel that was much to ask considering the climate. The service also went downhill over the week - we were offered wine the first couple of nights but never again after that and had to catch someone's attention to ask for it as the bar wouldn't serve it. Not a huge problem, more of an inconvenience and a bit of a shame considering the hotel is 4 star. The room was great. We were upgraded for free upon arrival which was a lovely surprise. It was spacious with plenty of storage. The mini fridge was good for keeping things cool. The bathroom was spotless and nice toiletries provided. The cleaners did an excellent job each day. The only issue was that we didn't have any hot water. We did report it twice but were told maintenance had been informed and then just told to run the tap for longer (we had previously had it running for 15 mins or so with no change in temperature so there was obviously an issue with it that they weren't willing to fix). This meant that showering was quite an unpleasant experience and made washing the young children very challenging. This put quite a dampener on the stay and I wouldn't stay in the same room again due to this. The response when we reported it was disappointing and we were made to feel as if we were being stupid and just making a fuss. But trust me, it wasn't even luke warm, it was cold. Other people we met confirmed that they had hot water so it just seemed to be our room. Not what you expect from a nice hotel! I haven't seen many reviews mentioning the fact that the hotel is very close to an air base and as such there is a pretty much a constant flow of fighter jets and helicopters flying over. We didn't mind as was quite interesting to see but they were loud and anyone with kids who have sensory difficulties may find this a challenge as it can't be escaped. There were lots of families staying when we were there and the kids would all play in the courtyard of the dining area each night which was lovely. We visited the kids club one evening to go to the family disco but didn't find it very welcoming and was a lady doing dance moves which the kids were expected to just copy. My kids were too shy to join in and it seemed aimed at older kids who were enjoying it more. All in all though, it was great. The slight negatives I've mentioned wouldn't stop us from staying again (provided we had a different room) and I would still recommend to anyone else, especially those looking for a nice family holiday. For those wondering how to get there, we flew into Kalamata and hired a car. There is plenty of parking onside.

Nice renovated hotel. The hotel consists of multiple buildings on a big plot so even though there are a lot of people, it doesnt feel crowded. There are many pools, 2 main bars and 2 main restaurants. The food options are good and there is plenty of vegeterian options as well. The staff was OK. Waiting lines for drinks usually fine as well. Beach beds were always available and easy to find. Hotel is kid friendly and there is lots of program and facilities for them. For a 1-week all-inclusive vacation, I can recommend.

We had a really great time! The hotel is gorgeous with lovely food and staff! Definitely need a 5star ? I recommend a car hire which will be much cheaper than locals taxis.

A nice hotel situated at the beachfront. The rooms are very clean and new and the staff extremely polite. There are plenty of activities for children. The beach is kid friendly and well protected. The restaurant has the usual selection of dishes.
