During a 4 day stay the fridge broke down 3 times and they also had to fix the safe and one of the doors which had jammed and would not open. The staff overall was OK but a bit indifferent.

The breakfast has eggs, bacon, sausage,yogurt, toast,cereal, several types of coffee and more. The evening buffet has table upon table of food. Each night has a different theme. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is right on the beach so you have either the ocean or pool.. The swimming pool is large enough to do laps in. The staff is exemplary. For example, Antonis, always meets you with a kind greeting. After the first time he remembers what type of coffee you drink in the morning and what type of cordial you have in the evening.

d	dimitris k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An ok hotel in Kalamata. The rooms are comfortable enough but far from soundproof. Breakfast and lunch quality felt really low and choices of cooked food were usually limited. Another pain point was the toilet which was positioned very close to the wall on it's left side so it was impossible to sit properly there without your body touching the wall. Even from hygiene viewpoint is not ideal. This could only be the case with my room alone though, I don't know if every room has the same defect. All in Al, I would choose again this hotel in kalamata for budget holidays or if something better wasn't available.
Μ	Μενελαος Πετουσης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service in a beautiful location with its own private beach in front of the hotel. If you wish you can do sup and other water sports as well. There is also a tennis court. The only negative is that the food was not very nice and not such tasteful.

During the 10 days of our stay, we constantly had different dishes, which were imaginatively and extraordinarily deliciously prepared. I recommend hotel Filoxenia to everyone.
