Kids loved it here, beach and water park, good selection of food. Next to a nice quiet local town, plenty of stuff to do on the island.

Great stay for families looking for worry-free vacations. Good food, also healthy choices for kids. Access to many pools, terraces, restaurants.

Stayed in a bungalow with my daughter on the all inclusive package. Had an amazing time. Very relaxing. The personnel were polite extremely helpful and always pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel. It is situated close to Rethymnon but Heraklion and Knossos are not far to drive too. You can also visit the Eleftherna archaeological site and the haunting monastery of Arkadi. There was also a lot of entertainment at the hotel - nightly disco for kids and various shows and quizzes for the family! The aqua park was exhilarating for the kids and adults alike. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

From the moment we turned up to the hotel we was greeted and looked after by the amazing staff at the hotel. It was a very special two weeks and I can’t thank Athina the guest Services manager enough for everything she did for us as me and my partner got married near to the hotel. The staff went to so much effort on our big day but throughout are whole stay as well. We had approximately 50 friends and family at the hotel who where very happy with the accommodation and services provided. If there was any issues they where quickly dealt with my Emmanuel & Athina. The hotel is brilliant for children with the water park being a lot of fun and there is so many pools around the hotel as well as the beach so you can always change it up everyday. The food was amazing with plenty of choice each day for each meal. I would 100% go back, it feels like my home to home :-) Just a shout out for Stavros, Kassey & vaijia from the main bar. But overall every staff member went out there way and so friendly. See you soon Crete

Great value for money for the all inclusive 7nights, my girlfriend and I had a lovely relaxing time. The staff are wonderfully efficient, think that perhaps they might have been a bit run off their feet with the ratio of guests to staff. All the staff were so wonderful, and welcoming to us though!

We've just returned from a 10-day stay at the resort. We were a party of 9, children age range from 2-14 yrs and none of them was bored throughout the holiday. The resort seems to pride itself on offering the very best service. The staff are fantastic and nothing seems to be too much. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. The children's entertainment is brilliant, the staff are friendly, and the food is fantastic and plentiful. This Hotel/resort has definitely got the right balance to suit everyone's needs. The main bar is open until 1am and offers a range of cocktails as part of the all-inclusive package. The bungalows surround the swimming pools with little winding paths that meander between the reception's main building. It offers everything a family needs in order to enjoy their holiday to the max. The family-size rooms are very roomy and child-friendly, close to all the amenities including a fantastic aqua park. There is a Spa, endless opportunities to dine al fresco, numerous pools and a beautiful little private beach. Thank you so much to all the staff that made our holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely be back next year.

The rooms are not well isolated. The resort itself is very good, there are multiple pools and sport courts. I wish there were some adult only activities during the evening/night. The a la carte menu at the Marine Bay club was very disappointing and I recommend going to the Blue Tavern. It's quite well located and the village next to it is lovely.

Absolutely fantastic. The rooms aren't super super modern but still great. Our family had an amazing time this last week, very friendly and courteous staff, great food options all day long and beautiful surroundings. I can imagine it's quite busy in summer, but at Easter it was very chilled and quiet, best time to go! If you are expecting true 5 star glitz and glamour then this isn't for you, but as a family friendly experience it is brilliant value. Thank you so much for having us. We will be back.
