Dear Sofia and Giorgos!First of all I would like to say thank you for our perfect holidays!We rent villa Basilica the second time and for us it’s like our sweet home!Sofia and Gioros very nice people,when my mom was sick Sofia takes her to the doctor it was so nice,they are very helpful and they are very good owner! Brand new and fully equipped accommodations, excellent view, nice swimming pool and the owners Sofia and Giorgos are very kind and nice people who have done everything to make our stay as convenient as possible! Village of Panormos is just a few minutes’ walk and the city of Rethymnon is just a 20 minutes’ drive and plenty of beaches around!

We didn’t want to leave! Despite having a wonderful villa in Santorini waiting for us - that is how much we loved our Sofia Luxury Villa. We came in late September, the first week of our honeymoon which would end with another week in Santorini. We were late to the villa after getting our car at Chania airport. However, Sofia and Gorgios were patiently waiting for us, even with a bottle of fizz, a home-made Greek Salad and most sweet of all was a beautiful ‘happy honeymoon’ cake which was waiting for us in the fridge. All along with a decanter of cold Raki. They looked after us so well throughout our stay - even helping us when we needed an extra night there last minute due to a ferry strike which would have otherwise left us stranded. Anything we needed, they were there - in person within a few minutes... The villa itself was beautiful, looking right out to sea. It was spotless, new and beautiful. The village of Panormos is beautiful- some tourists but so quiet compared to the normal larger haunts one thinks of. It’s small streets are authentic and laden with bakeries, tavernas and very good restaurants, winding its way down to the sea. Picture perfect. The villas are a 5 minute walk from town...it’s perfect. They gave us such a wonderful start to our honeymoon - even leaving with a gift of raki and oil made from their very own grapes and Olives. We were so sad to leave - such wonderful people and a special place.

We had such an amazing time in Crete, thanks to our stay at the Sofia luxury villas. The design of the villas is impressive and allows for intimacy between the villas. They are full equip with a nice pool and you can enjoy a great view of the sea. The owners are very caring and welcoming. We had a few questions and demands during our stay and they responded with diligence. Overall, we felt at home. The location is perfect - near the E75 that brings you anywhere on the island. It is very near Panormo, a village with beaches and everything you need from restaurants to groceries. It is only a few min walk away. We ate really good food in the tavernas especially at Kastro. We already recommended the villas to our surroundings. There was very few reviews before us and we trusted the owner with our entire vacation in Crete which has been the best bet ever!

We've stayed at Sofia luxury villas in may 2017. We were the very first guests in this brand new complex. Our stay was way above our expectations! Minimalistic, modern house. Safe and private, but also very close to the city and beaches (few minutes walk). Wonderful views to the sea, lea and mountains. Great pool. Wonderful, kind owners! The best we had :) Lovely, small and quiet village Panormo with very nice inhabitants, charming streets, port, two beaches and plenty of restaurants (but very little tourists!). This place is great for people who appreciate good architecture and want to spend their holiday close to nature, far from the tourist, but close to city facilities. We highly recommend it - Magda and Sewer
