v	victoria_ ani_ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση, δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ τα τηλέφωνα ή ακόμα και όταν τα σηκώνουν στο κλείνουν ή δεν μιλάνε, και αγενείς. Αν μπορούσα να μην βάλω κανένα αστέρι θα το έκανα. Poor service, they never pick up the phones or even when they pick them up they hang up or do not talk, and rude. If I could not put any stars I would do it.
S	S L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυο φορες εστειλα προιον σε συγκεκριμενο παραληπτη, και μπηκε σε θυριδα. Χωρις φυσικα να ειδοποιηδουν κανεναν, σε βαζουν να γραψεις συγκεκριμενη διευθυνση και μετα απλα το πανε σε θυριδα δικου του καταστηματος. Ας το λεγανε τουλαχιστον. Αυτο δεν ειναι ταχυδρομικη. Twice I sent the product to a specific recipient, and it went in the mailbox. Without, of course, notifying anyone, they force you to write down a specific address and then simply take it to a store's own box. Let them say it at least. This is not postal.

Άλλα ΕΛΤΑ δουλεύουν και απογεύματα για να εξυπηρετήσουν τους εργαζόμενους.. εδώ κατήργησαν το ωράριο 07:30 με 13.00 και το έκαναν 09:00-13:00.. καμία ελπίδα για τον εργαζόμενο! 02/03/2021 είμασταν 20 άτομα και περιμέναμε 2 ώρες για να εξυπηρετηθούμε.. περίπου 5 άτομα ανά εργαζόμενο ανά ώρα! Απλά απαράδεκτοι..Α! Και δεν υπήρχαν νουμεράκια και περιμέναμε όρθιοι στην ουρά.. ηλικιωμένα άτομα, γονείς με παιδιά.. Very disappointed! Other ELTAs also work in the afternoons to serve the employees .. here they abolished the schedule 07:30 to 13.00 and did it from 09:00 to 13:00 .. no hope for the employee! 02/03/2021 we were 20 people and we waited 2 hours to be served .. about 5 people per employee per hour! Just unacceptable..A! And there were no numbers and we waited standing in line .. elderly people, parents with children ..

P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυο αστέρια μόνο για την τοποθεσία !τηλέφωνα δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ ! νοοτροπία ελληνικού δημοσίου δεκαετίας 1980 με ύφος καρδινάλιου ,τρώγοντας κουλούρι Θεσσαλονίκης με τα ψίχουλα στα χείλια ! Ο μόνος συμπαθητικός είναι ο προϊστάμενος του υποκαταστήματος που πολλές φορές κάνει την δουλειά των αργόσχολων υπαλλήλων του . Two stars for location only! Phones never pick up! Greek public mentality of the 1980s in the style of a cardinal, eating a Thessaloniki bun with crumbs on his lips! The only nice one is the head of the branch who often does the work of his lazy employees.
