★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου ευγενικοί στο τηλέφωνο μιλάνε λες και δουλεύουν στην Τρούμπα καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Τραγικά τα ελτα Θήβας. Όπως και οι υπάλληλοι τραγικοί. Αμόρφωτοι και αξεστοι!!!!
No polite phone talk as if they are working in Truba no good service. Tragically the Thebes' Elta. Like the tragic employees. Uneducated and inaccessible !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω δει ποτέ μου χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση τόσο από το τηλέφωνο όσο και από το ίδιο το κατάστημα. Εάν μπορούσα να βάλω λιγότερο από ένα αστέρι θα το έκανα. Το μόνο που θα έσωζε το μέρος αυτό θα ήταν η αλαγη προσωπικού, ολόκληρου του προσωπικού καθώς και του υπεύθυνου.
I have never seen my worst service from both the phone and the store itself. If I could put less than a star I would do it. The only thing that would save this part would be the hawk of staff, the entire staff as well as the person in charge.

It is not worth any star. I rate one graciously. Not at all helpful, rude staff who are not aware of what is going on. Α-ΠΑ-ΡΑ-ΔΕ-ΚΤΟΙ.

"I corrected" the rude gentleman who is supposed to work at the Thebes branch, for something he insisted could not be done & for revenge he asked for a vaccination certificate, which was not checked on anyone.
I HAD OF COURSE, BUT HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SCAN THE QR CHILDREN, HE WANTS IT ON PAPER.
