Γ	Γιάννα Γιάννα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση. Ποτέ δε φέρνουν το δέμα με αστείες δικαιολογίες του τύπου ελλειπής διεύθυνση ενώ δεν μπαίνουν καν στη διαδικασία να πάρουν ένα τηλέφωνο. Σου στέλνουν μήνυμα να πάρεις εσύ να δεις τι συμβαίνει και φυσικά απαντά τηλεφωνητής. Ή πας να το πάρεις ο ίδιος ή το δέμα δεν θα έρθει ποτέ!!! Poor service. They never bring the parcel with funny excuses like the missing address and they do not even go through the process of getting a phone. They send you a message to get you to see what is happening and of course the answering machine answers. Either you go to get it yourself or the package will never come !!!

Έχουν παραλάβει το δεμα μου απ τις 7/12 είναι στα γραφεία τους απ τις 8/12/21 μου στειλαν μήνυμα στις 14:00 ότι έρχεται για παραδοση , περιμένω όλο το μεσημέρι για να μπω το απόγευμα κ να γράφει στο συστημα ότι έδωσα εντολή για παραλαβη απ'τα γραφεία τους. Τους παιρνω τηλέφωνο κ μια κάκιστη υπάλληλος, αγενέστατη είχε να μου πει ότι δεν πρόλαβε το παιδι κ να με διορθώσει ότι οι παραδοσεις τους γίνονται από 1-3 ημέρες. Κουκλίτσα μου είμαστε στην 4 εργάσιμη αν ξέρεις μαθηματικά.... Τώρα λέει παραδοση από Δευτέρα. Ούτε καν. Ήδη έκανα παραπονα στην εταιρεία που έκανα την αγορά μου κ ενημέρωσα πως αν έρθουν Δευτέρα θα επιστραφούν τα προϊόντα. The worst in courier. They have received my parcel from 7/12 they are at their offices from 8/12/21 they sent me a message at 14:00 that it is coming for delivery, I wait all afternoon to enter the afternoon and it says in the system that I gave an order for collection from their offices. I call them and a bad employee, very rude to tell me that the child did not catch up and to correct me that their deliveries are made from 1-3 days. My doll, we are in the 4th working day if you know mathematics .... Now it says delivery from Monday. Not even. I already complained to the company that made my purchase and informed that if they come on Monday the products will be returned.
G	Gaius “The Reformer” Marius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάθε φορά λέμε τα πράγματα θα είναι διαφορετικά και δεν αλλάζει τίποτα. Τόσα χρόνια δεν έχουν αλλάξει πρακτική . Εξακολουθούν να μην σέβονται το χρόνο παράδοσης και φυσικά είναι αδιάφοροι για την ώρα που τους έδωσες όσο αναφορά την παραλαβή . Δεν σε καλούνε ποτέ και δεν αφήνουν σημείωμα , παρά μόνο ένα μήνυμα στο viber οτι προσπάθησαν να σε βρουν τάχα . ΜΟΝΙΜΗ πολιτική της εταιρίας " να πας να το παρεις από εκεί το δεματακι ". Όχι το πλήρωσα να έρθει σπίτι μου γιατι δεν μπορώ να πάω να το πάρω . Για αυτό υπάρχεις εσύ ... Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω τις θετικές κριτικές . Όλοι η περιοχή έχει το ίδιο πρόβλημα και όλοι λέμε τα ίδια ... Απαράδεκτοι δεν ξέρω τι άλλο να πω και οι εταιρίες που τους προσλαμβάνουν να μας φέρουν τα δέματα θα έπρεπε ποια να έχουν αντιληφθεί τι γίνεται ..κανένα ελαφρυντικό. Επιστροφή τα δέματα μέχρι να γίνουν άνθρωποι. Every time we say things will be different and will not change anything. So many years have not changed practice.
