★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only used Greeka to book my car rental at Corfu. All I had to do was to fill in details for the rental and they found a provider. I was worried about my provider as they had a horrible reviews online, so I contacted Greeka about my concerns. They reassured my immediately that if anything goes wrong, they will help me out. Luckily nothing bad happened and everything went smoothly, so I will definitely use their help in future again as it was good to have their reassurance! Great communication! Highly recommended!

I had good and bad experience in the same trip. Two tours were exactly what I paid for. The other one was not. Due to a mechanical problem, they switched me and 4 other passengers on a different tour withtout advising us in advance. No email or call to tell us before the start of the tour, no words from the driver, nothing from the staff on the boat. I found out by sending an email when I cam back to my hotel. And I received an answer 10 days after. Not profesional at all.
Thank you for the reply. But they never explained that to us before the tour or on the day of the tour. To receive that explanation, I had to sent them an email which I got an asnwer 10 days later. I don't care about the free lunch we got nor the rebate that I WILL NEVER use. I would have liked to have the choice before the tour.

'Car rentals' means that you make a request, they charge you the money then 3 days later you get rejected because apparently the partner's car is not available anymore.
Yet they still have it available (with the same price) on the website
Avoid this website and make sure you do not give our your card details
Later edit: i still haven't received my money back, despite their claims that i will get them in 2-5 working days (it's been more than that). Probably they have some 'hidden terms and conditions' and for them 2-5 working days mean 20. I will pursue this legally.
