★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most dishonest, deceitful, unscrupulous company I have ever encountered! Everything seems all good and straightforward but after we made our payments to Symiacos, a company called Assets came to ask us the same questions about our personal information.. We were confused but they assured everything was all good. After that, they asked for our credit card details up to the CVV number We said that this is unusual to get a CVV number from anyone. They said it was the “insurance policy” We asked if everything was covered if anything goes wrong, they assured us that they had full insurance covered for us.
Unfortunately, we encountered in a small accident but Assets were unwilling to help us. They kept telling us it is our responsibility for the damages and pretty much we had to deal with it on our own. On the following day, we called Symiacos and told us that we should contact Assets. Basically, this company didn’t want to take any responsibility but only know how to shift it to another. We had to pay for all the damages, they said “we only cover outside and top part of the vehicle not inside or under the vehicle” That was totally BS…” FAKE INSURANCE. NO REAL HELP. Everything is all good until it isn’t and they won’t help you.
