O κος Χρήστος που δουλεύει εκεί, μας έφερε στο σπίτι τη παραγγελία και μας βοήθησε στη μεταφύτευση 2 μεγάλων λουλουδιών που έχω στο μπαλκόνι. Η κοπέλα που φτιάχνει τις συνθέσεις αααπαιχτη!!! C	Christina Thaneli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα την παραγγελία μου μέσω efood καθώς ήθελα να πληρώσω με κάρτα για να στείλω τα λουλούδια στη μητέρα μου . Έγινε ένα λάθος από το διανομεα . Τηλεφώνησα στο κατάστημα και η κυρία που το σήκωσε ήταν αγενεστατη ,δεν με εξυπηρέτησε καν . Με το που σήκωσε το τηλέφωνο το μόνο που έλεγε ηταν δεν γνωρίζω,δεν με άφησε καν να της πω το όνομα μου για να ελέγξει την παραγγελία μου. Ευτυχώς οι κοπελες από το efood ηταν ευγενέστατες και με εξυπηρέτησαν .Να σημειωθεί ότι , είχα πληρώσει και τα λουλούδια που πήρα είχαν τελειώσει και δεν με ενημέρωσαν καν . Καταλάβαινω ότι όλοι είμαστε άνθρωποι,και λογικά εκείνη τη μέρα θα είχε μεγάλο φόρτο εργασίας αλλά η αντιμετώπιση που είχαν ήταν αντιεπαγγελματικη. I placed my order through efood as I wanted to pay by card to send the flowers to my mother. An error was made by the distributor. I called the store and the lady who picked it up was very rude, she did not even serve me. I did not know when she picked up the phone, all she said was that she did not even let me tell her my name to check my order. Fortunately, the girls from efood were very kind and served me. Note that, I had paid and the flowers I got were finished and did not even inform me. I understand that we are all human beings, and logically that day would have been a big workload but the treatment they had was unprofessional.
