★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I drove half an hour to this place to purchase a Gardenia tool they had on their website. It was not listed as out of stock or anything.
When I arrived, they had none. Yet, I could still "add to cart" on their website. So their inventory management and website is not up to date - should be easy to put "out of stock" on the website!
The salesperson then tried to sell me another similar item but a different brand that cost 45 Euros more!
I had also wanted to discuss purchasing trees and also seed garlic, but it was disappointing that I had already driven this far, for a product that I had researched - and needed today so I just left.
I actually found the product at another shop nearby (they had lots on hand which was good) - and the same product they tried to upsell me on was actually much less expensive as well!
