Πηγα παντελονι που ειχε πέσει χλωρίνη για να το επαναφέρουν στο προηγούμενο χρωμα του , μου εξηγησαν ότι αυτο δεν είναι εφικτό και με καθε λεπτομέρεια τι χρώμα μπορεί να γίνει το συγκεκριμένο και τι αντίδραση μπορει να εχουν στη βαφη οι ραφές και τα κουμπιά , ωστε να αποφασισω αν οντως θέλω να προχωρήσουν.
I am very pleased with the service. Sources of bleached trousers to restore it to its previous color have explained to me that this is not feasible and with every detail what color can be made and what reaction can be made to the seams and buttons to be dyed so that I can decide if I really want to move on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα ένα παντελόνι μου για βαφή, βαμβακερό,και όταν πήγα να το παραλάβω είχε γίνει το μισό σε μέγεθος,δεν είχα ενημερωθεί για τυχόν προβλήματα που μπορεί να υπάρξουν και αντί να με αποζημιώσουν μου φέρθηκαν πολύ άσκημα, ειρωνικά και ο ένας υπάλληλος έριχνε το φταίξιμο στον αλλον χωρια που λέγανε πως το παντελόνι μου δεν είχε στενέψει! Απαράδεκτοι! Καθόλου επαγγελματίες!
I went for my dye, cotton trousers, and when I went to pick it up it was half in size, I wasn't aware of any problems that might be there and instead of compensating me they were very nasty, ironically and one employee threw the blame. to the other villages that said my pants had not dried! Unacceptable! No professionals at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω αντιμετωπίσει. Πήγα για καθάρισμα ένα χαλακι. Μου το επέστρεψαν χαλασμένο σε δύο κομμάτια. Δεν ανέλαβαν ούτε επιδιόρθωση ούτε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Η συμπεριφορά ήταν απαράδεκτη. Μίλησαν με το χειρότερο τρόπο. Έχω ήδη απευθυνθεί στην αρχή προστασίας του καταναλωτή.
The worst service I have ever encountered. I went to clean a mat. They returned it to me damaged in two pieces. They did not undertake any repairs or refunds. The behavior was unacceptable. They spoke in the worst way. I have already approached the consumer protection authority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο να βαζουν αλλες τιμες καθε εβδομαδα.....κ παραδοση παντα μετα απο 1 εβδομαδα....τα σεντονια κ πουκαμισα μετριο σιδερωμα
It is unacceptable to put other prices every week ..... and delivery always after 1 week .... sheets and shirts moderate ironing
