★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο συγκεκριμένο καθαριστήριο πηγαίνω τα τελευταία χρόνια ρούχα(πουκάμισα,παλτό), παπλώματα και τελευταία πήγα το κοστούμι από την βάφτιση του γιου μου και τα ρούχα του μικρού.
Την τελευταία φορά παρέδωσα ένα πάπλωμα,το οποίο πήγα να παραλάβω με το χαρτί μου και δεν το έβρισκαν.
Άφησα το κινητό μου, καμμία ειδοποίηση,ξαναπήγα,ξανά τίποτα, τους πήρα τηλέφωνο,δεν το βρήκαν και πάντα η αμφισβήτηση μήπως το έχω ήδη παραλάβει.
Αυτο μας πήρε κανα 2-3 μήνες, όπου τους είπα πρέπει να βρεθεί λύση.
Ηταν πια χειμώνας.
Τελικά το βρήκαν και η απάντηση όταν το παρέλαβα ήταν απο την κυρία,που την έβλεπα πρώτη φορά οτι πολλοί δεν ξέρουν τα πράγματά τους.
Φυσικά απο την ίδια ούτε μια συγνώμη και πλήρωσα κανονικά το αντίτιμο.
Τα λάθη είναι ανθρώπινα και αυτο δεν θα με πείραζε, παρόλο που ταλαιπωρήθηκα.
Αλλά η κοροιδια και ο μη επαγγελματισμός σε όλα τα επίπεδα είναι απαράδεκτο και φυσικά δεν θα ξαναπάω σε αυτούς.
Να σημειώσω οι άλλες 2 κοπέλες ηταν ευγενικές αλλά η ειρωνεία της υπεύθυνης μάλλον ήταν ανάρμοστη,λες και εγώ πρέπει να ξέρω που τα κρύβουν και εάν ήταν εκεί βέβαια όλο αυτό τον καιρό το πάπλωμα ή ήρθε από άλλο μαγαζί.
In the last laundry I go to the last years clothes (shirts, coats), quilts and last I went the suit from my son's christening and the little one's clothes.
Last time I handed over a quilt, which I went to pick up with my paper and they could not find it.
I left my cell phone, no notification, I went again, again nothing, I called them, they did not find it and it is always questionable whether I have already received it.
This took us 2-3 months, where I told them a solution must be found.
It was winter now.
Eventually they found it and the answer when I received it was from the lady, whom I saw for the first time that many do not know their things.
Of course not an apology from her and I normally paid the price.
Mistakes are human and that would not bother me, even though I suffered.
But mockery and unprofessionalism at all levels is unacceptable and of course I will not go to them again.
I should note that the other 2 girls were polite but the irony of the person in charge was probably inappropriate, as if I should know where they are hiding and if the quilt was there all this time or it came from another store.
