E	Efrat zachor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is not a legitimate car rentals company. THEY ARE A REAL LIFE SCAM. I have rented dozens of cars in greece and all over Europe and th USA , never have I seen such a thing. 1. Customer service is terrible very rude staff, very very slow we explained when we came to rent the car that we are in a hurry because of a booked ferry, seems like this only made them work slower. Charged a ridiculous higher rate because we were an hour late , and "there were no more cars left" like we ordered. 2. Since I had a feeling this is a very problematic company I took pictures and videos of the car before we left the car rental shop. And still when returning the car they tried to charge us for "damage" that was not done of course 3. They charge our credit card for amounts that were not agreed on , without letting the costumer know, this is where I realized this place is a real SCAM. I intend to press charges against them , but please be aware!!
p	pucmeloun první on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent car in lefkada! The biggest cheaters! I rent nissan micra for 4 days. After 1 day the key didnt work so I could not use the car. They didnt know how to open the key so I helped them with the hotel guy. At the end they blamed me that I made the key wet and wanted 185 eur!!! Moreover they didnt agree I can use the new car 1 more day because Iost 1 day because of not working key. I didnt pay them even a euro as luckily my credit card was not blocked and keept the car 1 day longer anyway but I want to warn you - if there will be any problem even not caused by you they will blame for whatever.

This company is a scam, they wanted to behold 800€ from our card and after returning it safe they would put the money back.. Never have I heard of such a thing while renting a car. Usually, you're being charged only after you return it damaged . Before coming to the island, and despite the numerous times we had asked what the price includes (via phone), noone had said anything. Suddenly, after arriving they said it was our only option for rent (price of rental+800€ insurance as they said)! After being yelled at by the lady who runs the place, luckily we left, of course without renting anything!!! Beware and keep out of this place!!!!!!!
V	Vasso Fraseri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this company because it was cheap compared to the others but the flaws were so big that in the end we would prefer a more expensive company. First of all the lady I spoke to the phone with to ask some questions about the credit card was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in customer service. That was a first red alert but unfortunately we booked a car from them anyway because they were cheap at the time. She explained to me there is going to be an extra charge for using a debit card (we dont own a credit card). Already the cost got higher. Arriving at Lefkada, the cost for using a debit card was higher than what she told me over the phone! Receiving our car was another huge disappointment. It was dirty, with scratches in many places and one tire was a little bit deflated. Thankfully an employee at the guy station that we visited 30 minute after receiving the car, noticed the tire and offered to inflate it. At the end we managed to get around the island and we did not have a problem with returning the car, maybe because we were Greek, because I can imagine how easy it would be for them to blame us for scratches when the car was in such a bad state. I wonder why they do not clean it though, it can't be that expensive. Also I can't forget the rude lady on the phone and charging us extra. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Μην την επιλέξετε, αγενής εξυπηρέτηση από μια κυρία στο τηλέφωνο, (ο κύριος που μιλήσαμε τη δεύτερη φορά ήταν καλός) . Έξτρα χρέωση. Βρώμικο αυτοκίνητο γεμάτο γρατσουνιές και ελαφρώς ξεφούσκωτη η μία ρόδα.
A	Alexandre Eleftheriades on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Staff is rude. I cannot recommend enough that you avoid this company. The cars are in terrible condition. They charged us for the tiniest scratch €100 when the car was full of scratches and dents. There was no way of knowing if it was there before. I took photos of the car. You couldn't even see it in the photos. They give competitive prices but charge you once you return it with scratches that were already on the car. Proper scammers.

Z	Zeina Chapman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost! We have just returned from a trip to Lefkada and had the most terrible experience with Green Motion at Preveza Airport. My husband had unfortunately booked our pick up time in UK time, so when we arrived 2h later than the booking to collect our vehicle (and despite having paid in advance for it) we were told it was no longer available. Apparently in the 2h “delay” they had already reallocated the car to another booking (highly unlikely!). The only car they wanted to offer us was in the next group up, obviously requiring us to pay MORE money. Surely if I pay for a rental car in advance, but choose not to pick it up on time then that is my loss? I can’t understand a company having such Ts&Cs unless it is out to scam it’s customers. Even though it was late and we had our young son with us the lady at the desk was very rude and aggressive, threatening to call the police! Rather than reward such a terrible company with more of our business we walked next door to another rental company who were very happy to provide us with a good car at a reasonable cost. They also mentioned they get a lot of Green Motion’s unhappy customers. I’d highly recommend avoiding them at all cost. We hope to reclaim charges back from our credit card company.
