P	Pelelis Konstatinos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They straight up cancelled our contract the day we were there leaving us without a car that we had booked two weeks in advance. The manager lied about the confirmed hour of meeting and made it sound as if he was sad that we didn’t show up in time. No phone call from their side or whatsoever. Terrible experience
E	Evie Mandalou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. The first people that brought the car were very nice and if they were present when I returned it thing would probably be better. The owner is a crook and him and his wife are extremely rude. They don't believe in showering or deodorant. The night before I called to ask for the price to leave it at Nydri port instead of Lefkada. They told me that's impossible. Then they kept asking for when I would return it and I said that I would have to change my plans and would confirm the next day. When we retuned the car him and his wife said "oh you're the girl who is too good to take the bus to Nydri and wanted to leave the car wherever it suited you". He found a loose clip that attaches the bumper to the car (shocker) and told me that I got into an accident and that I have to pay for it. (The car had insurance by the way) i told him that there would be a scratch if I got into an accident and in the end I would know about it. The car wasn't in great shape (typical for a rental) and I would have no problem paying for something that I did. In any case because I wanted this over with I paid the $30 and walked away. THAT IS HOW THEY MAKE THE EXTRA MONEY BE CAUTIOUS. They probably never pay taxes on that cash either. They bet on new people coming in every day and cheat them. I asked the cab driver afterwards what's the deal with them and he said he has heard the same story before from other visitors. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The rude and crooked Greek businessmen and women should be weeded out and this beautiful country should be left with the hard working, kind individuals.

U	Uros Cadez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished my rental with Aris. Everything was very good, the car and service. The agency is located right in the center of town, but still at a very accessible location, and you can request to pick up or leave the car at Preveza Airport for no extra charge which was very nice for us. They also have their own parking location right in the center of town, so you can leave the car there in the shade while having lunch, coffee or shopping in town. (much better than searching for an empty spot in the hot sun). We will return when possible.
D	Daniel C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We booked a car with them in email on 15 JUL for 3 days. They confirmed in email all was ok and upon arrival they didn't show up. We called and they said they have no cars available and that we never paid a deposit. HOW CAN WE KNOW IF THEY NEVER MENTIONED?? Terrible customer service and the woman had little to none English skills so the communication by phone was also terrible. They never admitted they made a mistake or helped us with an alternative. Stay away from this agency!
