Α	ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΑ ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα την εντύπωση, πώς σχεδόν κάθε φορά που ζητουσα ντεκαφεινε μου εβαζαν κανονικό... Την τελευταία, δε, φορά το παρατήρησα και είδα, ότι η κοπέλα πήρε καφέ από το ίδιο σημείο από όπου πήρε και για τον καφέ του προηγούμενου πελάτη,ο οποίος είχε ζητήσει κανονικό. Όταν μου τον έφερε, της είπα : "είναι ντεκαφεινε έτσι;". Έδειξε να ξαφνιάζεται και μου απάντησε "ναι, ναι, ντεκαφεινε είναι". Και χωρίς να πει κάτι άλλο, τον πήρε πίσω, έφτιαξε καινούργιο (τον οποίο πήρε από άλλο σημείο) και μου τον σέρβιρε. Πράγματι παράξενο!!! Γενικά, θέλω να παρατηρήσω, ότι υπάρχουν πελάτες οι οποίοι είτε λόγω δίαιτας, είτε λόγω παθήσεων ή φαρμακευτικών αγωγών, δεν πρέπει να καταναλώνουν καφεινη και η κατανάλωση της ενδέχεται να τους δημιουργήσει προβλήματα. Καλό είναι, λοιπόν, τόσο οι υπάλληλοι, όσο και οι ιδιοκτήτες των καταστημάτων να είναι προσεκτικοί σε αυτό το θέμα. When she brought it to me, I said to her: "Is it like that?" He seemed surprised and replied "yes, yes, it is decaf". And without saying anything else, he took it back, made a new one (which he took from another place) and served it to me. Really weird !!! In general, I would like to point out that there are customers who, either due to diet, illness or medication, should not consume caffeine and its consumption may cause them problems. It is therefore a good idea for both employees and store owners to be careful about this.

Περαστικός, 10 μέρες πριν, Σάββατο απόγευμα, παρήγγειλα ένα σάντουιτς και δεν μπήκαν καν στη διαδικασία να το ψήσουν. Δεν το ανέφεραν καν, απλώς με άφησαν να περιμένω λίγο και μού το έδωσαν έτσι. Φυσικά δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπάω. It happened to me for the first time in a similar store. They did not even mention it, they just let me wait a while and they gave it to me like that. Of course I'm not going again.

Ο δε barista,όταν ζητάει κάποιος πελατης nes coffee με θερμόμετρο, να μην στραβώνει, και να τον φτιάχνει σωστά.
