Επειδή όπως καταλαβαίνετε δεν βγαίνει χυμός για δύο άτομα στη συνέχεια πρόσθεσαν και από τρία παγάκια στο κάθε ποτηράκι. Ουδέποτε με ρωτήσανε αν θέλουμε πάγο στους χυμούς οι οποίοι ήταν για παιδάκια 3,5 ετών. Και για όλα αυτά χρειάστηκαν και 24 λεπτά. I ordered 2 juices. Τα ίδια και όλο τον Ιούνιο,Ιούλιο και Αυγούστο ( είχαν άδειες όπως λέγανε). Άμα έχετε άδειες είτε μην κάνετε delivery είτε προσλάβετε εποχιακούς. Τώρα Σεπτέμβρη μπήκαμε πάλι τα ίδια. Πείτε τουλάχιστον την πραγματική ώρα που θα κάνει η παραγγελία για να επιλέξει ο καταναλωτής να την ακυρώσει ή να μην ξαναπαραγγείλει. Δεν πιστεύω ότι φταίνε τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν μέσα. Εδώ και σχεδόν ένα χρόνο, τις περισσότερες φόρες, οι καθυστερήσεις αγγίζουν τη 1 ώρα. Είμαστε πελάτες που κάνουμε παραγγελίες σχεδόν 2 φορές ΚΑΘΕ μέρα και έχουμε παραπονεθεί αρκετές φορές τηλεφωνικά για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα. Σήμερα 3 φυσικοί χυμοί και ένα κουλούρι Θεσσαλονίκης παραδόθηκε σε 50 λεπτά, μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία-παράπονο. Ισχύει πραγματικά ότι έχει τον καλύτερο καφέ σε όλη την περιοχή (έχω δοκιμάσει σχεδόν από όλα τα καταστήματα της περιοχής), όμως η κάθε παραγγελία έχει την ώρα της, όταν θέλει κάτι ο πελάτης, το θέλει σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ, αλλά όπως είναι φυσικό δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπαραγγείλουμε από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.
