★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρότι είμαι φαν του Γρηγόρη απογοητεύτηκα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.. Είναι το μοναδικό κατάστημα που ο καφές (cappuccino decaf) ήταν νερουλος και καμμενος!!! Απιστευτη θερμοκρασία που αφενός δεν μπορούσες να το κρατήσεις αφετέρου για να μπορέσεις να πιεις έπρεπε να περάσουν τουλάχιστον 10'...προσωπικα δεν μου ξαναετυχε σε άλλο κατάστημα της συγκεκριμένης αλυσίδας της οποίας επαναλαμβάνω είναι φαν και θα συνεχίσω να είμαι απλά θα πρέπει οι υπεύθυνοι να ελέγχουν με κάποιο τρόπο αν τηρούνται οι διαδικασίες και ο τρόπος λειτουργίας όπως προβλέπονται από την εταιρεία και να μην λειτουργεί ο καθένας όπως γουσταρει
 Although I am a fan of Gregory I was disappointed by this store .. It is the only shop where coffee (cappuccino decaf) was watered down and burning !!! Unbelievable temperature on the one hand you could not keep on the other hand to be able to drink had to go for at least 10 '... personally I have never met another store in the particular chain of which I repeat is a fan and will continue to just be responsible for control in some way that the procedures and operating procedures as provided by the company are followed and that everyone does not work as they please

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ μέτριος καφές, καμία σχέση με άλλα καταστήματα της συγκεκριμένης αλυσίδας. Το προσωπικό θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ευγενικό! Προσωπικά, σίγουρα δεν αποτελεί καλή διαφήμιση για την εν λόγω αλυσίδα καταστημάτων!
Very mediocre coffee, nothing to do with other stores in this chain. The staff could be more polite! Personally, it is definitely not a good advertisement for this chain of stores!

Όλοι ευγενέστατοι.
Απλά τελευταία παρατηρείται έλλειψη κάποιων προϊόντων (μπουκίτσες, κουλούρια Θεσ/νίκης κλπ.)
Always on time, delicious and fresh.
All very kind.
Just recently there is a shortage of some products (snacks, Thessaloniki buns, etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6.25 εχθές το πρωί και μου είπαν η μηχανή για εσπρέσο δεν είχε ετοιμαστεί ακόμα. Δεν μπόρεσαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν.
6.25 yesterday morning and I was told the espresso machine was not ready yet. They could not serve me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cappuccino is nice.Mini cakes one time fresh and two times not fresh. But i don't think i am going back as i had a bad incident. I asked for a cheese pie whole grain. I admit i did not talk out loudly. I got a classic cheese pie in a bag by mistake. I had just touched the bag on top and i asked if i could change it to the one i wanted. The lady in the cashier told me that i could have my pie in exchange but as soon as she gave it to me she told me obviously nervous that she would not be able to sell the one i left behind. I realized the problem and i asked her to leave it as it was and take extra money for the pie. The thing is we were talking about a pie of 1.5 euro. It was so important after all? I got the two coffees i had ordered and the pie and i left. And that was the last time. Very insulting for 1.5 euro.
