★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να κρατάτε το ωράριο που αναφέρεται, δεν μπορει να τραβιέται ο καθε πελάτης να σας προλάβει ανοιχτά και να λέτε ότι κλείσατε στις 20:10 , όταν το πρόγραμμα σας λέει 20:30!
 Keep the schedule mentioned, not every customer can be pulled to overtake you openly and say that you closed at 20:10, when the program tells you 20:30!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση γίνεται από μια και μοναδική υπάλληλο και έναν ακόμα άντρα υπαλληλο οι οποίοι πραγματικά έχουν γνώσεις και αγάπη για το αντικείμενο. Οι άντρες είναι ανύπαρκτοι μέσα στο κατάστημα.
Χρειαστηκα μια τροφή 20kg και την σήκωσε η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρετούσε και δεν προθυμοποιηθηκε κανένας άντρας υπάλληλος να βοηθήσει. Οι 2 άντρες που φοράνε διαφορετικό χρωμα μπλούζας με το logo της εταιρίας κυκλοφορούσαν μέσα στο καταστημα σαν να μην με έβλεπαν προσβαλοντας, εν παρουσία μου, τους υπόλοιπους εργαζόμενους κάτι το οποίο με έκανε να νιωθω άβολα.
Επίσης η επίσκεψη έγινε με τον γιο μου ο οποίος έπρεπε να ακούει μια συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλο να χρησιμοποιεί απρεπή εκφράσεις και βρισιές.
The service is provided by one and only employee and another male employee who really have knowledge and love for the subject. Men are non-existent in the store.
I needed a 20kg food and it was picked up by the girl who served me and no male employee was willing to help. The 2 men who wear a different color of t-shirt with the company logo were circulating in the store as if they did not see me, insulting, in my presence, the other employees, something that made me feel uncomfortable.
The visit also took place with my son who had to listen to a certain employee use obscene expressions and insults.
