G	Georgia Soulioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραίος γύρος, αλλά κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Παραγγέλνω χρόνια από το μαγαζί, αλλά η τελευταία φορά θα είναι όντως η τελευταία. Έγινε λάθος τους στα υλικά της παραγγελιας (έχω αλλεργία στην μαγιονέζα, μου έβαλαν, δάγκωσα και το διαπίστωσα). Έπειτα μου χρέωσαν την νέα παραγγελία, αφού πρώτα μου ζητησαν να τους δώσω το pita club με την μαγιονέζα πίσω (το ήδη δαγκωμένο!!!!). Δηλαδή θα το δίνατε σε άλλον πελάτη; Βεβαίως πλήρωσα επιπλέον 8€,χωρίς να ευθύνομαι , γιατι δεν θα έδινα δαγκωμένο φαγητό πίσω! Κρίμα πραγματικά… Nice ride, but poor service. I have been ordering from the store for years, but the last time will indeed be the last. They made a mistake in the materials of the order (I have an allergy to mayonnaise, they put it on me, I bit it and I found out). Then they charged me for the new order, after first they asked me to give them the pita club with the mayonnaise back (the one already bitten !!!!). That is, would you give it to another customer? Of course I paid an extra 8 €, without being responsible, because I would not give bitten food back! Too bad…
L	Lia Kanatsou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγελία για 12 χοιρινά σουβλάκια, πατάτες κ πίτες, από τα 12 σουβλάκια τα 2 ήταν από κοτόπουλο, κ κάποια από αυτά, μέσα ήταν κόκκινα!! Οι πίτες ήταν βουτηγμένες στο λάδι! Η παραγγελία έφτασε μετά από μια ώρα, για αυτό ωστόσο είχαμε ενημερωθεί, όχι όμως κ για τα υπόλοιπα! Σίγουρα η χθεσινή ημέρα ήταν δύσκολη (Τσικνοπέμπτη) δεν δικαιολογεί όμως με τίποτα όλα τα παραπάνω! Ένας λόγος επιπλέον για να προετοιμαστούν καλύτερα! Κάποιες φορές όταν δεν μπορείς να εξυπηρετήσεις καλό είναι να το λες, είναι πολύ πιο τίμιο! Τα 2 αστέρια τα βάζω μόνο κ μόνο επειδή έχω παραγγείλει στο παρελθόν κ έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη! Σας ευχαριστώ. Order for 12 pork skewers, potatoes and pies, of the 12 skewers, 2 were made of chicken, and some of them, inside were red !! The pies were dipped in oil! The order arrived after an hour, for this we had been informed, but not for the rest! Certainly yesterday was a difficult day (Swan Thursday) but it does not justify anything with the above! One more reason to prepare better! Sometimes when you can not serve it is good to say, it is much more honest! I put the 2 stars only because I have ordered in the past and I was completely happy! Thank you.
