Άθλια εταιρεία. Επιλέξτε κάτι άλλο! Away... Renewal of contract without any information and the program chosen was in their pocket. Results a huge gas bill. Poor company. Choose something else!

Τελικά δεν μίλησα με κανέναν και δεν έλυσα το πρόβλημά μου. Οπότε και το ένα αστεράκι,πολύ τους είναι. Αλήθεια, ποιός ξέρει άραγε πόσο χρεώθηκα; I do not have anything to share my friends. I waited a quarter for them to answer me in the five digits as well as in the fixed. In the end I did not talk to anyone and I did not solve my problem. So one star is too much for them. Really, who knows how much I was charged?
F	Filippos Sapanidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εταιρεία. Από τον Οκτώβριο του 2021 έχω κάνει πάγια εντολή. Δεν έχει πληρωθεί ΠΟΤΕ ο λογαριασμός. Έχω πάρει τουλάχιστον 15 φορές τηλέφωνο και δεν ξέρουν τι να μου πουν. Μήπως δεν έχει ενεργοποιηθεί η εντολή από την τράπεζα, μήπως δεν έχει χρήματα ο λογαριασμός, μήπως είναι μεγάλο ταμιευτήριο, μήπως μήπως μήπως... Προσπαθούσαν να δικαιολογήσουν τα αδικαιολόγητα. Κανένας δεν πήρε τηλέφωνο να μου απαντήσει τι στο καλό συμβαίνει και δεν εκτελούν την εντολή. ΠΟΤΕ. Και βέβαια δεν μπορείς να μιλήσεις με κάποιον υπεύθυνο προφανώς γιατί ΔΕΝ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΧΥΔΑΙΟΙ. Ας επέμβει ένας εισαγγελέας να την κλείσει την εταιρεία να σωθεί ο κόσμος. Ή ακόμα καλύτερα η ίδια η πολιτεία ας αναλάβει την πρωτοβουλία να την κλείσει πριν φτάσει ξανά μπροστά σε σκάνδαλο όπως με την Energa – Hellas Power. Αν μπορούσα να κάνω την ανάρτηση με αρνητικά αστέρια- βαθμολογία θα την έκανα. Θέλουν οπωσδήποτε και αστέρι οι ανερμάτιστοι για να κάνουμε την ανάρτηση. The worst company. Since October 2021 I have made a standing order. The bill has NEVER been paid. I have called at least 15 times and they do not know what to tell me. Maybe the order has not been activated by the bank, maybe the account has no money, maybe it is a big savings bank, maybe maybe ... They were trying to justify the unjustified. No one got on the phone to answer me what the hell is going on and they are not carrying out the order. NEVER. And of course you can not talk to someone in charge obviously because it does NOT EXIST. UNACCEPTABLE AND CRUDE. Let a prosecutor intervene to close the company to save the world. Or even better, let the state itself take the initiative to close it before it reaches again in front of a scandal like with Energa - Hellas Power. If I could do the posting with negative stars-rating I would do it. The unarmed people definitely want a star to do the posting.
