P	Panos Chron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σκεφτόμουν την αγορά ενός scooter από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα εδώ & μέρες αλλά η ελλιπής & ανύπαρκτη επικοινωνία σε συνδυασμό με κάποιου είδους απάθεια για πωλήσεις & εξυπηρέτηση - ενημέρωση γενικότερα με έκαναν τελικά να κάνω πίσω!! I was thinking of buying a scooter from the specific store here & days but the incomplete & non-existent communication combined with some kind of apathy for sales & service - information in general finally made me go back !!

Τελικά διαπιστώθηκε ότι δεν είχε περαστεί εξ αρχής η μπαταρία που έπρεπε, αλλά μία υποδεέστερη (μικρότερη). Ως αποτέλεσμα, έχασα την εγγύηση και πλήρωσα από την τσέπη μου το κόστος της νέας. Δεν αξίζει να επεκταθώ άλλο. Απογοήτευση απλά. A motorcycle bought less than a year ago spat out its battery. Eventually it was found that the required battery had not been used from the beginning, but a lower one (smaller). As a result, I lost the warranty and paid for the new one out of my own pocket. It is not worth expanding anymore. Frustration simply.
g	grigoris papas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσωπική εμπειρία από το κατάστημα. Μιλάμε για ένα kymco downtown 350 Το μηχανάκι αγοράστηκε μετρητοίς χωρίς δόσεις και τράπεζες. Πρωχωρησαμε στην αγορά και μέσα σε αυτή υπήρχαν και τα δώρα. Τα 2 πράγματα που θεωρώ αντίεπαγγελματικά είναι. 1. Δίνει δώρο μπαγκαζιερα για το μηχανάκι οκ καταλαβαίνω δεν θα είναι και η καλύτερη ποιότητα για να ειναι δώρο αλλά. Δε γίνεται σε καινούργιο μηχανάκι να κάνεις τρυπες στη σχάρα για να γλυτώσεις 20 ευρώ που έχει μια βάση για τη μπαγκαζιερα. (για αντικατάσταση της σχάρας ούτε λόγος) Απαράδεκτο εν τέλει πήγα και αγόρασα μια βάση και την έβαλα μόνος μου. 2. Μόλις παρέλαβα το μηχανάκι από το κατάστημα και έφυγα δε πρόλαβα να του βάλω βενζίνη. Το μηχανάκι έσβησε και πάλι καλά ήταν κατηφόρα και το τσουλησα στο επόμενο βενζινάδικο. Το κατάστημα δεν σεβάστηκε το ποσό που έδωσα για να αγοράσω ένα μηχανάκι Το απότελεσμα είναι απλά ότι σαν πελάτης δυστυχώς δε θα το προτείνω σε κανέναν Personal experience from the store. We are talking about a kymco downtown 350 The motorbike was bought in cash without installments and banks. We entered the market and in it there were also gifts. The 2 things I consider unprofessional are. 1. Gives a trunk as a gift for the motorbike ok I understand it will not be the best quality to be a gift but. It is not possible to make holes in the grill on a new motorbike to save 20 euros which has a base for the trunk. (no reason to replace the grill) Unacceptable in the end I went and bought a base and put it myself. 2. As soon as I received the motorbike from the store and left, I did not manage to put gasoline on it. The motorbike went off again, it was well downhill and I slid it to the next gas station. The store did not respect the amount I gave to buy a motorbike The result is simply that as a customer I unfortunately will not recommend it to anyone

Με λίγο ψάξιμο θα βρείτε αξιόλογα μαγαζιά για αγορά μότο. ( και προς απάντηση του ιδιοκτήτη 1ον δεν είμαστε φίλοι 2ον δεν σας έχουν μάθει να απευθύνεστε στον πληθυντικό; 3ον είναι η πρώτη ανάρτηση μου προς την επιχείρηση σας. Την επίσκεψη στην επιχείρηση την έκανα αρχές Σεπτέμβρη. Μάλλον μπερδεύεστε με κάποιον άλλον δυσαρεστημενο πελάτη). Οι κριτικές θα έπρεπε να μας κάνουν καλύτερους όχι να μας δίνουν τροφή για τσακωμούς. Κρίμα πραγματικά. People do not even know what selling means, how to have ways and how to gain customers.
