★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good safety during covid. All staff wearing masks, security guard on the entrance checking how many customers are inside and hand sanitizer on display. When it comes to clothes tho...I didn't find the sales were good or the quality.i think the merchandise is poor

we visited Athens and your shop afew weeks ago.
person who check Green pass in front door was great. she, Fani Fokaidu,exteremly distinquished from others with her curtasy, positive energy and attitude.
we desided to share with you, if not this would be not fair for her and we need to have more People like her behavier to change worse things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently they do not accept the H&M members app from different countries.... I don't believe this is true and the staff member didn't even want to try and scan the barcode I gave him. Better to order online with a discount code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful building and nice layout of the store. Was clean and tidy when we visited. Only annoying part is there is no clear place to wait at the till - Some people were queueing for each till individually while some people formed a large queue at one end of the row of tills. Would be better to have it signposted either way.
