Very few items, variety is non existent and the mens department has been minimized to half. Don't know why is still there, just turn it into a pick up store for online orders.

I was informed that my order was in store and would be there for 6 days, after which the shoes I had ordered would be transferred for sale in store. I was out of town for an emergency on the specific dates and called to ask if they could hold on to my order for one extra day ( not even a day , basically hours) so I could collect my order the day I returned. I was refused...

No confirmation email when you schedule an appointment. WHY??? I had an appointment yesterday at 12.30 on Athens Greece city center store. I was there 12.32... The result? I never received my order because no one could find my appointment. The schedule guy at the door really stiff and rude

I do not intent to stop shopping Adidas just because of the greek branch being so terrible but still. I'm sadly going to give the greek store the worst rating ever because I have only experienced delay, frustration and impossible to communicate with "customer support". I made an online purchase 9 days ago with the online system giving me a 2 working days expectancy receiving my items at the Athinaidos store and I still have no clue if I will ever get to receive my selections. I contacted the cs twice and they have no idea when I will get my stuff. They give me no expectancy and in general there's no value in their answers. They mostly manipulate the conversation repeating gently vague answers and patronising your speech in a manner that can get you mad. Your should not expect support or answers or anything rather than frustration from the Greek branch. So sorry to see one more global athletics brand preparing to leave Greece.
T	The Fresh Box on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited variety of everything. Only use for this shop is the pickup of orders from the online shop/app. They do bring those quite fast, as opposed to standard delivery. Just choose delivery options while on the app or site and select the specific outlet. You may pay in shop for those orders. Enjoy
