★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H& M is a store where you can get some decent clothes; lingerie and accessories for every day use at affordable prices. The quality varies but you can sometimes find surprisingly nice items that look really good and lasted me much longer than I thought they would. ??
The Kolanaki store isn't as well organized as the one in central Athens and the staff often a bit aloof!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt like an outlet with clothes packed and not properly displayed. Understaffed (unmanned upper floors) with poor service. Not appealing to the area it is situated in (kolonaki) where a personal shopping experience level of service is required.
