Didn't receive my online order after 2 weeks of waiting, called for support after a thousand unanswered attempts to contact geniki taxidromi and check why they were not able to deliver the order, thought the address was correct and included 2 phone numbers and even the floor and name on the door. Kind lady recommended to call geniki again or to go to post office to pick the order by myself ??♀️ I literally wasted half of day! Ordering online supposed to make life easier, but delay in delivery caused big disappointment, since I didn't receive clothes on time before vacation, additionally I had to go with enfant child to far away post office to pick the delivery, because their phone either busy or not answering ? Isn't it sellers responsibility to provide quality delivery?
