Η πεζούλα της λιχουδιάς - Sweet smelling kitchen - ΧΩΡΙΟ ΛΕΥΚΕΣ Τ.Θ. 50104

Fantastic, cosy, homy little restaurant on the balcony of a cute house inside the village. The food is delicious, like the one cooked by your grandma. The owner is lovely very friendly and has put so much effort in creating a beautiful environment in their restaurant. Their pies (sweet and savoury) are to die for!

If the eggplant is offered you must get it. Such a good dish! Also the Greek salad is very fresh and well balanced - yum. We were not told the prices but I didn’t think it was much to worry about, all apart of the experience. Super cute and sassy Yaya making all the food in her own kitchen (with using a microwave... bit questionable hehe) but regardless very yum! The setting is wonderful, would definitely back!

We came for lunch (quite late at 3pm, although it seems like you can eat at any time in Paros) and we're very disappointed. 2 dishes of pasta and a zucchini pie on the menu (orally presented). We ended up with (fresh) tortellini with grated cheese and a small beer for 16€. Very overpriced for just ok pasta. 2 stars are for the cuteness of the place and the kindness of the old lady serving at the restaurant.

Unfortunately not recommendable at all. We wanted to have lunch in this restaurant and felt attracted by the good critics. The menu offered many different dishes, but the old lady told us that there were only three dishes available. We chose and asked if we could have an entrance plate, as indicated in the menu with stuffed wine leaves. The lady was so grouchy that we did not dare to ask for drinks. The entrance did not correspond to the menu at all. Our main dishes (gnocchi) were from an ordinary supermarket package, and the sauce (presumably feta with olives) was cold and tasted badly. We had to pay 12€ for each plate. The kitchen has to be crossed in order to reach the restrooms (questionable hygienic conditions), and it looks like a private kitchen, not at all like a restaurant kitchen. Judging by their faces, the other guests were not pleased either with their food. Better don't come, really.

Lovely place with very tasty pies and refreshing cold water. I love that they don't use plastic bottles or plastic straws. Very sweet owner and lovely energy. It is a great place for a calm meal and a wonderful view. It feels like you aren't part of the tourist side any more but a local secret place.

Delicious homemade pies! We had an apple pie and a cherry pie, a coffee and a local beer. The terrace is nice and clean and the view is wonderful!

My friend and I were walking through Lefkes when we saw signs for Sweet Smelling Kitchen and decided to follow them. We ended up in a lovely setting - a rooftop terrace surrounded by flowers and beautiful decorations and a lovely yia yia who greeted us and served us the most delicious rich and tasty moose cream pie. The owners were so kind, we were served cold fresh water, we were charmed by the small kitchen and the traditional pies and dishes, and it was simply the best experience we could have asked for. Next time we go to Lefkes we will definitely return here, and until then we will be dreaming of the perfect day we had here.

We had a delicious meal and great time, the owner is extremely friendly and the food was excellent. If you want something a bit different from the regular Greek taverna this would be perfect as they have sweet and savory pies, homemade pasta and lots of other good food.
