Large variety of accessories, not so much in yarn. Quite expensive. The service is not good for all employees. Also the way the cashier works is too slow, especially if you take a lot of things and have to look for them one by one.

Πραγματικά έχω μείνει με το στόμα ανοιχτό, σε τέτοιους καιρούς που συνήθως κάνουν οι online παραγγελίες εβδομάδες να έρθουν! Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη με τις τιμές, καθώς είναι πιο φθηνές από αλλά καταστήματα που έχω παραγγείλει στο παρελθόν. Καποιοι κρίκοι και αλυσίδες δεν είναι ακριβώς αυτό που περίμενα, αλλά αυτό έχει να κάνει με τη δική μου απειρία, αφού στην ιστοσελίδα είναι γραμμένες αναλυτικά οι διαστάσεις κάτω από κάθε προϊόν. Καθώς είχα κάποιο πρόβλημα κατά την τραπεζική κατάθεση, κάλεσα τη γραμμή τους και με εξυπηρετησαν αμέσως και με ευγένεια! Θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω οπωσδήποτε! I placed my order Friday morning and today, Tuesday at noon, I received it! I have really been left with my mouth open, in times like this where online orders usually take weeks to come! I am very happy with the prices, as they are cheaper than other stores I have ordered in the past. Some links and chains are not exactly what I expected, but this has to do with my own inexperience, since on the website are written in detail the dimensions under each product. As I had a problem with the bank deposit, I called their line and they served me immediately and politely! I will definitely prefer them again!

M	Maria Roubou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κρίμα που δε μπορώ να βάλω μηδέν !! Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά της κυρία που κάνει τα μαθήματα. Πριν 1 εβδομάδα είχα επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους και τους ενημέρωσα ότι έρχομαι από επαρχία αποκλειστικά για αυτό το λόγο, να κάνω κάποια μαθήματα. Παίρνοντας τηλέφωνο για ραντεβού ενημέρωσα και την κυρία ότι θέλω να πάρω υλικά για 2 τσάντες και να τελειώσω μια τσάντα που ήταν σχεδόν έτοιμη. Οταν έφτασα λοιπόν εκεί, για κάποιο λόγο με υποδέχτηκε με ενα υφάκι χιλίων καρδηναλίων, με αγνοούσε παντελώς και μου είπε ότι θα μπορούσα να τελειώσω την τσάντα μόνη μου στο σπίτι (προφανώς αν μπορούσα δε θα ερχόμουν σε εσάς). Ήταν πολύ ειρωνική και δεν είχε καμία διάθεση να με βοηθήσει. Επίσης μου είπε ότι αν θέλω να τελειώσω τη τσάντα - η οποία ήθελε απλά να μπει το καπάκι, υπόθεση απλή όπως μου είπε η ίδια - θα χάσω το μάθημα. Ο λόγος που επέλεξα να πάρω νήματα από το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί είναι προφανώς και τα μαθήματα, γιατί δεν είναι και καθόλου οικονομικά. Εάν η κυρία δεν είχε όρεξη να κάνει τη δουλειά της σωστά θα μπορούσε κάλλιστα να ακυρώσει το μάθημα, δεν είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να ανεχόμαστε τέτοιες συμπεριφορές. Λίγη ευγένεια δε βλάπτει! Too bad I can not put zero !! The behavior of the lady who does the lessons is unacceptable. 1 week ago I contacted them and informed them that I come from the province exclusively for this reason, to do some lessons. Taking a phone call for an appointment, I informed the lady that I wanted to get materials for 2 bags and finish a bag that was almost ready. So when I got there, for some reason he greeted me with a weft of a thousand cardinals, he completely ignored me and told me that I could finish the bag alone at home (obviously if I could I would not come to you). She was very ironic and had no intention of helping me. She also told me that if I wanted to finish the bag - which just wanted to put the lid on, simple as she told me - I would miss the lesson. The reason I chose to get yarn from this particular store is obviously the lessons, because they are not cheap at all. If the lady did not have the appetite to do her job properly she could very well cancel the lesson, we are not obliged to tolerate such behaviors. A little politeness does not hurt!
