★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένας πολύ όμορφος χώρος για να γυμναστείς, με πολλές επιλογές σε όργανα γυμναστικής και πολλά διαφορετικά προγράμματα, τόσο ατομικά όσο και ομαδικά.
Ο Κωνσταντίνος, υπεύθυνος γυμναστής του χώρου και η συνεργάτιδά του Ελεάνα ,είναι εξαιρετικοί στη δουλειά τους, πλήρως καταρτισμένοι και πολύ φιλικοί.
Με τον Κωνσταντίνο, ο οποίος έχει εκπαιδευτεί σχετικά, είχα την ευκαιρία να συνεχίσω να γυμνάζομαι καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης μου, καταφέρνοντας να διατηρήσω την ευεξία μου και ένα χαμηλό βάρος.
Όσον αφορά στις νέες συνθήκες που βιώνουμε, το γυμναστήριο έχει προσαρμοστεί πλήρως στου κανόνες υγιεινής και δεν ένιωσα ούτε μία στιγμή ανασφάλεια σχετικά με την υγεία μου.
Παιδιά συνεχίστε έτσι!<3
A very beautiful place to work out, with many options in fitness equipment and many different programs, both individually and in groups.
Konstantinos, the responsible gymnast of the area and his colleague Eleana, are excellent in their work, fully trained and very friendly.
With Konstantinos, who is relatively trained, I had the opportunity to continue exercising throughout my pregnancy, managing to maintain my well-being and a low weight.
As for the new conditions we are experiencing, the gym has fully adapted to the rules of hygiene and I did not feel a single moment of insecurity about my health.
