Πλην όμως ενώ σ αλλα γυμναστήρια δώσανε παραταση τις συνδρομές για το δεύτερο lock down στο συγκεκριμένο δν δώσανε ούτε μια μέρα.. Με αποτέλεσμα ετήσια συνδρομή που έκανα ν παει χαμένη.. Η απάντηση σε ερώτηση μου ότι επειδή είναι κρατική απόφαση δν δίνουμε παράταση μόνο επαγγελματική κ σοβαρή δεν είναι απέναντι στον πελάτη.. As a gym it is good and clean I do not have a complaint .. But while in other gyms they extended the subscriptions for the second lock down in this one they did not give even one day .. As a result an annual subscription I made was lost .. The answer to a question to me that because it is a state decision we do not give an extension only professional and serious it is not towards the client ..

Fantastic space, exceptional staff, SAFE from covid, spotless in all areas !!! Prototype for our region. Well done guys keep it up !!!!!

Μερικά όργανα θέλουν μια επισκευή όπως αυτό πάνω που στέκεσαι με τους αγκώνες και σηκώνεις τα γόνατα. Θέλει επισκευή το αφρολέξ γιατί πληγώνει στους αγκώνες. Γενικά γίνονται συντηρήσεις πάντως και βελτιώσεις. Γενικά έχει καλό κόσμο και καλές τιμές. Μακάρι το Σάββατο να ήταν ανοιχτό έως αργα Very kind people. Pleasant. Always happy. Nice music. Some organs want a repair like the one you stand on with your elbows and knees lifted. She wants foam repair because she hurts her elbows. Maintenance and improvements are generally made however. Overall it has good people and good prices. I wish Saturday was open until late

Μπράβο συνεχίστε έτσι χρειαζόμαστε τέτοια γυμναστήρια!!! You have many options to perform exercises with instruments beautiful environment also many machines for aerobic exercise. Well done continue so we need such gyms !!!

Το καλύτερο γυμναστήριο από τα 2 - 3 που έχω πάει στο Μενίδι Very clean spaces, the staff is impeccable and a wide variety of instruments. The best gym out of 2 - 3 that I have been to Menidi

Υπάρχει πληθώρα οργάνων τόσο για αερόβια γυμναστική( διάδρομοι, ποδήλατα, ελλειπτικά) όσο και για ενδυνάμωση. Το προσωπικό που εργάζεται όσες φορές του ζήτησα μου εξηγήσε αναλυτικά το είδος των ασκήσεων και μου πρότειναν συγκεκριμένες ασκήσεις για αυτό που ήθελα και ταίριαζε στο σωματότυπο μου. It is by far the best gym in all of Menidi. There are a variety of instruments for both aerobic exercise (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals) and for strengthening. The staff that works as many times as I asked them explained to me in detail the type of exercises and they suggested specific exercises for what I wanted and that suited my body type.
