Beautiful, clean, near see, nice place, quiet, nature, politely behavior of owner ?

The height of the ceiling in the bathroom is arround 183 - 185cm. I am tall 178cm, and the ceiling is right above my head, can't imagine a little higher person fit in there. The bathroom as a whole is terrible and old. Terrible lighting all arround the apartment. With all lights on, you can't see what you cook in the kitchen. Also the ventilaion in the kitchen did not work. The fridge was a mess, with no space for bottles on the door. There probably were, but was broken and not fixed. The AC is old and noisy. The AC remote barely worked. Also the owners, a older woman and her dautgher, were not quite polite. I personaly, would not come at Haus Lithea again, nor would I recomend it.

Beautiful place and amazing location. Christal water and very kind people that manage the house. Very reliable and hospitable towards guests. Makes you feel welcomed and wanting to return. Place to make memories with family and friends

Very arrogant and not polite hosts, very dirty beach, old and damaged plastic sunbeds. The shalow is full of rocks and it is very difficult to enter into the water. If you want to have umbrella you must be persistent asking the hosts, beside that in the offer they said that sunbeds and umbrellas is free and available. Consider that the umbrella that you get will be the cheapest version possible, with zero protection. In the apartments, air conditioners is old and not maintained, producing high noise levels especially in the evening. Without air-conditioning, rooms is very hot, and consider that if you want to stay there the air conditioner must work constantly, even during the night. The outdoor unit is on the balcony, and the only logic explanation for this that thay put it here deliberately so you can't seat on the balcony while the air conditioner is working. If you are claustrophobic, be prepared that the bathroom is very, very small and the roof is only 2.0 meters. The bed is special story, it is made of concrete, with very uncomfortable matress on top of it, you will wake up on every hour with pain in the legs, shoulders, spine, hands. The headache in the morning is guaranteed, slowly getting better after you will leave that house and go to some other beach which is at least 20 km away. Forget about comfortable and nice sleep during your stay. Only good thing here is free and relatively stabile Wi-Fi, nothing else. My advice is to AVOID this place.

The view was great, we were in A5, the room wasn't big but the kids had their own room, also the kitchen was very small, nice balcony, very close to the beach (20 meeters), quite in the evening, good to relax

Great place near the beach with free sunbeds and umbrella. Good for families with kids. The only thing I didn't like are beds, they are very uncomfortable.

The host was very nice and hospitable although the room was very dirty and very old-fashioned, the beds were made of stone and they were so uncomfortable, the toilet wasn't standard size and If you are more than 1.85 you can't properly enter there. The beach was not that clean and there were big stones in the sea.

It is okay. Near the beach. It has a nice beach bar where you can get coffee and some snacks. I gave 3 stars because I was there for 8days and not even once they cleaned the room or changed the bed sheets. We had to throw the garbage by ourselves too. The beach was not cleaned, they have their own umbrellas but half of them were broken so some of the guests had to buy their own umbrellas. The stuff was nice. If you want to go to Nea Potidea there are better hotels and apartments.
