Haus Niko - Αγίου Νικολάου 28

We spent ten wonderful days in Nea Potidea. We were lucky to book accommodation at one of the apartments at the House Niko and I would highly recommend House Niko to other tourists. All nice pictures you can find on at internet about House Niko are true. House Niko has been situated near by sandy beach. Supermarket is also very close, about 200 m away from the house also. Rooms are clean, tidy and equipped with all things you need. They are decorated in traditional style. Beautiful yard, with a lot of flowers and carefully chosen handmade details will make that you feel pleasant.

We were there at the end of August. Everything is fine-splendid architecture and design, combinig traditional and modern elements, utility and romanticism. Every little corner of the yard and of the room is used to your benefit. The villa is very close to the beach, markets, taverns. The beach is perfect for families with children-the water is not deep and it is clear and still. And, of course, Eleni - always willing to give you any kind of information or help. You can talk to her about everything. Always there smiling and talking nice to you.

Spent great week in Haus Niko in June 2018. Everything about this apartment is just super :) Apartments are very, very clean. This level of hygiene never seen in Greece before. Beside that, very comfort and have everything you need during vacation. The most important: host Eleni. So kind, friendly and honest that we couldn't believe. She was there for all guests during whole day and evening. Lit of usefull information we got from her side. She made our holiday fabulous.

My family and I stayed in Haus Niko four times already. Every time we have a wonderful vacation. The place is wonderful for families with kids, it is quiet, with comfortable rooms that are supplied with everything one may need. Haus Niko is very close to sandy beach and many other small beaches are reachable within 10 min drive if one likes to change places. The host, Eleni, is a lovely, kind woman, dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. She is always there to help and advise on any topic - from sightseeing through places to eat to doctor visiting. We will definitely come back again!

Great place with marvelous sea atmosphere. Clean and well maintained. The host is Eleni is very nice person. It is quiet, 5 minutes (30m) from the nearest beach. And there are some very nice taverns just 10 minutes far from the apartments. The village, where it is located is small and doesn't have much things to do, but if you are to just relax with you family and enjoy the sea, this is a perfect place. And with car it is easy to visit several other close villages.

We, the family of four, visited Haus Niko in late August 2019. Previously, we directly communicated with Eleni, the manager, who provided us with the options for our stay, including different rooms, photographs, and explaining all about the accommodation and the town. Just like the prior communication, the very stay proved the same. The villa is not big, but is beautifully arranged and maintained, with incredible details and lots of plants. The common area is cozy and allows the visitors to sit around and/or dine and any time of the days (the stove and grill are a part of it). Eleni also pointed out that we could use their umbrellas for the beach, which was very helpful. The rooms were clean - not big, but right the way they should be. Same goes for the bathrooms - separate shower and sink. Being at the basement, the place was warm, so we had to run the AC often, and that was about the only downside (and yet, the daily high was every day above 35 degrees, so that explains it). The beach is 150 meters away, which allows for frequent visits to the apartment (if needed). Eleni was very helpful, attentive and proactive the entire time and we felt like at home. With the whole town being cozy and not big, but with a big beach, it was a great short vacation.

We made a mistake renting an airbnb apartment which proved to be absolutely a nightmare. I called Eleni in a panic mode because we had a small baby with us and we needed an apartment immediately. She responded extremely quickly and waited for us until we packed our things, she carried the luggage till 2nd floor, a true knight for me because I was really exhausted from the horrible day. The room was sparkling clean and very cosy and we really felt sorry we had to leave due to some health issues. In case we visit N. Potidaia again Haus Niko is the place to go for sure.
