I was very cautious in the beginning because I had never had treatment for my "problem". I would sincerely like to thank Ms Anastasiou and the staff at HDC for giving me the best professional treatment possible with excellent results. What a lovely experience! I had a session last summer in healthy derma clinics when I came for vacation in Greece. Now that I'm booking tickets for my trip to Athens I will got to the clinic and have another session. I live in Sweden and so far I haven't been to any better clinic with better services and result. Looking forward for the next session.

They asked for a 5-star review to give me a better price, which makes me think some of the reviews may be biased. When I said I would give them four stars, they did not seem to be very interested as to why. They also tried to misguide me as to what Google reviews are about (the secretary versus the overall experience), on which they backed off after confronted. I did some male hair removal therapy (shoulders using Alexandritis). I am overall happy with the services, especially the guidance and clear explanations and the setting of expectations during the sessions by the girls who perform the therapy. They are caring, knowledgeable, and nice. They set expectations, explain the therapy during the sessions, discuss pain levels openly, adjust accordingly, and make one feel comfortable. They are professional and treat you with a smile and kindness. The reason I am not completely satisfied is that, in the initial sale, they implied that the therapy would work with high probability in a short amount of sessions (six), but this narrative was changed throughout our meetings after a few months when they saw that my body was not as quick to respond. At that time, they remarked that it is "usual" that more sessions are needed, which was different from what was originally claimed. I understand that medical procedures and therapies vary from patient to patient, and I respect this. What I disliked was the change of narrative from the initial sale to the midpoint of the sessions. Overall I will would recommend this place, with the suggestion to be mindful of their reviews and sales tactics which are somewhat shady. I will continue coming here and would recommend this location, as I have already arranged further sessions.

First of all i would like to thank every employee I met at their premise. The place is clean , well organized with minimal decoration ( thank god ) The service quality is awesome. I can share my positive experience since my spouse used their hair removal laser treatment with amazing results. Speaking about myself I fully trusted Mrs Pakou to proceed with my first ever botox treatment. We will like to thank you for your kindness and care, at least you know how to treat your clients with professionalism and respect . Allow me to say that other similar "garbage institutes" advertising themselves all day long on the Greek TV are disgusting, while bullying you to pay for their " miracle" treatments , showing no respect nor humanity.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The clinic has cutting edge technology and i am very happy with the results of my session. I would definitely recommend there services!

Very gentle and helpful. Everything is clean, the decoration of the clinic is modern and cozy. The doctor is amazing.
