I ve been a client for 10 years using the laser process for hair removal and have been very much satisfied with the results and the people working there. As a long lasting client I haven’t had anything to complain about
however
1. I ve recommended 5 people which weren’t treated well and overcharged. So I stopped recommending (and thus the initial 4 stars)
2. I was asked to rate this center in order to win a face treatment so I did. But when I gave 4 stars I received a phone call saying they would only give me the gift if I changed my review to 5 stars. Yup! Most reviews could be bribed!!!
