Μου έφεραν 1 τσαντάκι αdidas κ ένα αδιάβροχο μπουφανακι για το γιο μου, το τσαντάκι πλάτης το κράτησα κ ήθελα να αλλάξω το αδιάβροχο. Μου τα έφεραν από Αθήνα Ίλιον κ μου είπαν ότι δεν το αλλάζουν γιατί δεν έχει κάρτα αλλαγής ή την απόδειξη. Κ απαντώ τι φταίω εγώ που δεν έχει κάρτα δείτε από το ταμπέλακι τους είπα τον κώδικο κ θα το βρείτε αλυσίδα είστε. Κ η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν το αλλάζουν κ γιατί δεν ξέρουν αν είναι δκο τους. Δεν έχουν ιδέα από νέους κωδικούς, δεν έχουν ιδέα από ονομασίες προϊόντων, δεν έχουν ιδέα από κατηγορίες προϊόντων (τρέξιμο, τένις κτλ.) και προπάντων από τιμές!!! Εν ολίγης ΚΑΚΙΣΤΗ εξυπηρέτηση, μικρή ποικιλία προϊόντων και μη-ανταγωνιστικές τιμές. Η καλή εξυπηρέτηση δεν είναι μόνο η ευγένεια και η προθυμία αλλά και η γνώση επί του αντικειμένου.....φυσικά θα μεταφερθούν όλα αυτά στα κεντρικά της αλυσίδας. Ο ερασιτεχνισμός στο απόλυτο μεγαλείο του!!
