Nice people, nice room, clean room and kitchen with basic stuff. Supermarkt a few meters away, nice dog and some cats, close to the main road and the beach. AC works well (important)

An excellent location in a quiet area away from the bustle of "the "strip" Staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit "tired" but perfectly acceptable. Yanni, Taz and the lady, (sorry don't know her name) really nice people.

I am disappointed - I spoke to Helen regarding a transfer to the airport early the next morning. She gave me her card, said “email this to organise”. I asked her how much and she smiled and said “free!”. I did exactly as asked - however when I saw her the next day, she had changed her tone and had no idea what I was talking about. She opened my email, shrugged and said “no ticket” (she never mentioned a ticket before?) I tried to show her my boarding pass and she kept shrugging her shoulders. I urged her that I had a flight within the hour and half and needed to go otherwise I’d miss my flight and she did not care. Eventually, I had to call the taxi company and had to pay 17 euro and had to wait for the transfer. I really cannot justify paying that much for a 5 min drive to the airport. If I had known earlier I would have organised my own way as down the road had offered 5 euro. I am so disappointed by Helen and Theo’s customer service. To be honest I was willing to overlook the apartment (it is quite old and the floor felt dirty) because I thought they were quite friendly during my stay but after I needed to check out they literally did not care and were very rude.

The owners are nice, polite. The room and kitchen had all facilities needed. Towels were nice. I stayed 4 days, the room was not cleaned even once

We spent 3 night here and we were happy about the choice. The owners are really friendly and the place is surrounded of green. It has park and air condition. It is 15m from Zante, 10m from the port where get the boat for Marathonis. Just a little suggestion, build a insect net because it's full of mosquito.

So, firstly IT DOES NOT HAVE A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. There was practically no utensils and it's just an electric stove hob with one wide ring and one very small ring to boil water for tea. There's no oven, microwave, kettle, spatula, chopping board, grater, limited cutlery etc. Secondly it was a paradise for insects, however the place itself was at a good cleaning standard. There were lots of ants, mosquitoes and gnats. The AC was non existent, I slept with the balcony doors open most nights just to get some kind of cool air in to the apartment, the nights were quite sweltering. This also did not help with the existing insect problem. I had to sleep with covers over my head to reduce the amount of insect bites. The couple were friendly in the beginning but became stand-offish during my stay. There son also had no manners, when dealing with a problem we had instead of helping to find a solution, we got threatened with police being called. The bathroom was an issue for me as the shower is literally a shallow basin next to the toilet, there's practically no room to manoeuvre as there are no shower curtains. You have to be very specific with how you stand as to not completely flood your floor. YOUR FLOOR WILL GET WET! My hot water tap on my sink wasn't even connected, which was super annoying. The views are nice, conveniently located to Laganas Strip, personally I wouldn't stay here again. Especially for so long (10 days), I would stay for 3 days maximum & even then I'm sure there's better, cheaper places. Oh, at least the Wi-Fi worked though.

The room was simple and there was not much of a kitchen equipment, but when we asked for a bigger knife or washing liquid we got it for free. Because of COVID you must ask for a new sheets or toilet paper by yourself and nobody enters your room. The stuff is lovely and understandable.

The garden is incredibly beautiful and the owners are very sweet, they always threat us with local wine, in house made olive oil and olives. The rooms are clean and simple, maybe in the future they will renovate the bathrooms to be a little bit more modern but overall it worth it
