Positive: Such a welcome and lovely family. Able to help you with any query you have, extra services available if you kindly ask. The location was great. Close to the centre of Laganas and close to a lovely swimming pool. Fresh linen every two days! Where do you find that!? It was a lovely experience with these kind people.. Negative: Air conditioning costs €7,00 per day. In our opinion, it should be a basic facility in a hotel room/apartment..

Positive: We had a really great time at Villa Sprios. The host, Antonio and his family was lovely, they recommended programs and restaurants, and were really helpful and welcoming. :) The Apartman is close to the beach (ca. 5 min walk) and also the main street which is full of shops, clubs, restaurants, bars, coffes, and convenience stores are closeby too. At the beach there are several agencies you can choose from if you want to go around the islands, turtle spotting etc. Agios Sostis was also close, about 30 min on foot. When we were there off-season the welness part of the apartman was not operating, but got luckly with the weather and could swim in the sea every day. We had a wonderful time here, absolutely recommend it!!. Negative: The refrigerator was not working in our apartment, but after mentioning, the host has switched it :).

Positive: The owners are really friendly and you are treated like a member of the family. The traditional Greek breakfast was delicious and the apartments are only around four minutes from the main strip in Laganas. However, you really don’t notice how close you are; at night it is lovely and peaceful and quiet, because Villa Spiros is down a secluded road. We stayed for my partner’s 40th birthday and we paid a little extra and got a lift to and from the airport, a trip to Zakynthos town (and beautiful restaurant and view recommendation), and a bottle of champagne, fruit and flowers. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend that families stay here!.

Lovely place. Situated just 200 meters from the main Laganas road and 5 minutes walk from the beach. So easy access to everything but set back so you can enjoy peace and quiet. Our host Denia picked us up from the airport and on the return drove us back. Even though it was quiet due to Covid she suggested and booked for us lots of trips .These included making our own ceramic turtle and bowls (great fun!), trips to the blue caves and shipwreck beach, fishing trips and many other great days planned and good restaurant ideas given as well. this made for a Packed but relaxing holiday. Nice to watch the sun go down on our balcony relaxing with a beer. Lovely place and host exactly the same. Brought back some home made wine, olive oil and great memories from our stay!

I stayed with Spiros Family Apts for 7 days. I don't even know where to start, I had a great experience :) What a lovely, beautiful island and what a lovely family! I was welcomed very warmly by Denia and her parents and a friend of the family. I had 4 cooking lessons and Greek food is just delicious and I learned some new traditional ways of cooking. I also took some diving and yoga lessons (by the beach!) Denia was very kind and patient, answered all of my millions of questions before I came and was always willing to show me around during my stay if I wanted to. The room was very nice and clean, with a veranda, a kitchen and own bathroom. And what a great location! Only 5 minutes walking to the beach, 2 minutes walking to the main street of Laganas, yet not noisy at all. All the tours where very nice (including to the extremely blue waters by the famous shipwreck beach) and interesting to learn about the history and culture of Zakynthos. Denis was even kind enough to teach me some Greek words and sentences ;) All and all, I would really recommend staying here. I felt welcome by the family, there was a nice itinerary every day (but if I was too tired or felt like doing something else than planned, that was also no problem), and the island is just beautiful. I definitely want to come back someday!

Stayed for 10 days as a solo traveler. Denia and her family were very welcoming and gave great recommendations for restaurants, activities and dive clubs. The room was spacious and clean and the location is amazing - 5 minutes walk to the beach, but not directly on the "party street". Would definitely recommend!

Great place and located 5 mins away from the beach and all the night life of Laganas. Andriana and family was very pleasant and friendly, rooms are very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend ? ?!

Vila Spiros is managed by a wonderful family who was nothing but accommodating on our visit. The room was beautifully decorated and gave the sense of peace and tranquillity as well as the external surroundings, so if you're looking for a place to just kick back and relax, which also provides beautiful scenery, then this is the place.
