★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα δωμάτια είναι αρκετά μικρά, και σίγουρα όχι τα καθαρότερα του κόσμου. Παρ' όλα αυτά, ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας φανταστικός άνθρωπος ο οποίος εκτός από την χαμηλή τιμή που δίνει τα δωμάτια είναι απίστευτα φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός
 The rooms are quite small, and certainly not the cleanest in the world. Nevertheless, the owner is a fantastic person who in addition to the low price he gives the rooms is incredibly friendly and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Μην τους εμπιστευτείτε. Έχω επιβεβαιωμένη κράτηση από το booking για δύο βράδια και όταν έφτασα μου είπαν ότι δήθεν είχαν στείλει ένα mail για να τους βάλω προκαταβολή, ενώ δεν είχαν στείλει ΤΙΠΟΤΑ! Απλά είχαν ζήτηση για περισσότερα βράδια και με κορόιδεψαν! Τους έχω καταγγείλει και στο booking. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!!
Unacceptable! Do not trust them. I have a confirmed booking reservation for two nights and when I arrived they told me that they had allegedly sent an email to give them a deposit, while they had not sent ANYTHING! They just demanded more nights and made fun of me! I have also denounced them in booking. FAR AWAY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non avete grandi pretese, il posto va bene. È veramente molto vicino al mare (dalla nostra camera c'era una splendida vista sulle Sporadi). All'interno le camere sono semplici, con rifiniture non propriamente nuovissime. Personalmente, ho trovato scomoda la mancanza del piatto doccia. Inoltre, l'utenza è molto giovane e quindi bisogna mettere in conto qualche schiamazzo notturno. C'è una piccola area comune dove si può sostare, dotata anche di un dondolo (comodo per i bambini). Il proprietario e i suoi dipendenti sono davvero cortesi e molto disponibili: ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta con gentilezza.
If you don't have high expectations, the place is fine. It is really very close to the sea (from our room there was a great view of the Sporades). Inside, the rooms are simple, with not exactly brand new finishes. Personally, I found the lack of a shower tray inconvenient. In addition, the user is very young and therefore you have to take into account some noise at night. There is a small common area where you can stop, also equipped with a swing (convenient for children). The owner and his employees are really courteous and very helpful: our every request was met with kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view and the owner were nice. Close to the city, a fifteen minute walk. Quiet neighbourhood and spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Only a hairdryer was missing and it was a bit dirty, but for the price (18€ per night for 2 people) it was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect, Megali Ammos beach is only 2 minutes on foot. Skiathos town is in a 10-15 min walking distance. Bus station nr. 5 is also closeby. Our room was very well equipped and had a balcony with an amazing view. The apartment was super clean upon our arrival. The area is silent. The host is super kind and friendly. He even took us to the airport when we had to leave and he wanted to ensure everything was OK with us all the time. We will definitely come back.
