M	Michaela Dimitriewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zu sechst im unteren Appartement. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Vor der Tür ist ein wunderschöner Garten und anschließend gleich der Strand und das Meer. Am Strand gibt es sehr gute Tavernen und zu Fuß geht man cirka 10 Minuten in die Stadt. Unsere Gastgeberin Rania ist uns gleich ans Herz gewachsen und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Ihr Bruder Dimitris vermietet die Strandbetten und ist ein großartiger, junger Mann. Wir vermissen beide sehr und werden sicher wiederkommen. Wir wünschen der ganzen Familie viel Gesundheit und viele sympathische Gäste. Macht weiter so! Viele Grüße und Umarmungen aus Wien Michaela ??????❤️ There were six of us in the lower apartment. Everything is very nicely furnished and clean. In front of the door is a beautiful garden and then the beach and the sea. There are very good taverns on the beach and you can walk to town in about 10 minutes. Our host Rania became very dear to us and she fulfills all of our wishes. Her brother Dimitris rents out the beach beds and is a great young man. We miss them both very much and will definitely come back. We wish the whole family good health and lots of nice guests. Keep it up! Many greetings and hugs from Vienna Michaela ??????❤️

La casa è pulita e ben organizzata (trovate anche la moka, l'asciugacapelli e il ferro da stiro) co. Ampio giardino curato. Offrono anche degli ombrelloni con sdraio. In 2 minuti di scooter si arriva in centro (ci si può andare anche a piedi) e nella spiaggia ci sono un po' tutti i servizi utili. Consigliatissima sia la struttura che l'host! Beautiful beachfront property. Rania is a very attentive and pleasant host. The house is clean and well organized (you can also find the moka, the hair dryer and the iron) co. Large well-kept garden. They also offer umbrellas with deck chairs. In 2 minutes by scooter you arrive in the center (you can also go there on foot) and on the beach there are all the useful services. Both the structure and the host are highly recommended!

Rania est très réactive et elle a à cœur de rendre votre séjour agréable. Le gros plus : l’appartement est situé au bord d’une jolie petite plage. En plus, on capte parfaitement le wifi allongé sur le sable. Je recommande. An apartment at the top! You feel good there, the cleanliness is impeccable, the bedding is comfortable and the view is magnificent. Rania is very responsive and she is committed to making your stay pleasant. The big plus: the apartment is located on the edge of a pretty little beach. In addition, we perfectly capture the wifi lying on the sand. I recommend.

Kima offered everything we would need and we really enjoyed the balance of patio dinners and the great selection of restaurants in Skiathos town - all within walking distance. our room was well equipped and clean and nothing was too much trouble for Rania- the wonderful hostess. Kima is a family run business who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.
