x	x g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δευτέρα βράδυ η παραγγελία. Τρίτη παίρνω τηλ να μάθω αν ξεκίνησε η παραγγελία 13:00 καθώς δεν μου έχει έρθει κάποιο mail. Μου είπε ο κύριος στο τηλ( Χρήστος) πως οι παραγγελίες φεύγουν 16:30 πάντα όποτε δεν έχει φύγει καμία παραγγελία και αν υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα θα με ενημερώσει. Τετάρτη ξαναπαίρνω τηλ πάλι μεσημεράκι αφού δεν έχω λάβει αριθμό αποστολής και μου λένε πως υπάρχει ένα πρόβλημα ένα προϊόν δεν υπάρχει και θα κάνει 15 μέρες να το έχουν. Είπα να αφαιρεθεί καθώς Θα έφευγα με την βάρκα διακοπές και χρειαζόμουν ένα από τα προϊόντα που παράγγειλα( ένα μπετονι). Μου ζήτησε λογαριασμό για να μου πιστωσουν τα χρήματα για το προϊόν που ακυρώσαμε και πως η παραγγελια ήταν έτοιμη και θα τα έστελναν. Παρασκευή ξαναπαίρνω εγώ να ρωτήσω τι γίνεται γιατί δεν μου έχει έρθει κάποιο mail και μου λένε πως τα πράγματα είναι έτοιμα και δεν τα στείλανε γιατί ήθελαν να με πάρουνε τηλ να με ρωτήσουν αν θέλω με courier ή με μεταφορική και ότι έπρεπε να τους βάλω χρήματα αναλόγως τον τρόπο που προτιμούσα. Σε ερώτηση καλά πέρασε τόσος καιρός γιατί δεν πήρανε να ρωτήσουν είπαν ότι πνίγονται και έχουν πολύ δουλειά. Γελοία δικαιολογία για κάποιον επαγγελματία να μην μπορεί να πάρει τηλ. Αν έχουν τόση δουλειά ας προσλάβουν άτομα-ο. Όταν είπα ότι μου χρωστάνε χρήματα από την ακύρωση και ακόμα μετά δυο μέρες δεν έχουν πιστωθεί, τότε μου ανέφερε ότι δεν έπρεπε να βάλω χρήματα επιπλέον. Κάκιστη η εμπειρία μου με την συναλλαγή μου το τραγικό είναι πως έπαιρνα εγώ κάθε φορά να ρωτήσω αντί να πάρουν να με ενημερώσουν πως δεν υπάρχει το προϊόν και τον τρόπο αποστολής. Στην καλύτερη περίπτωση το χαρακτηρίζω ανοργανωσιά αλλιώς είναι αδιαφορία. Να πω πως σε παρόμοιο καταστημα έκανα την παραγγελία και μου πήραν τηλ την άλλη μέρα να μου πουν ότι στέλνουν τα προϊόντα. Και στις δυο περιπτώσεις άμεσα είχα κάνει με την παραγγελία την τραπεζική κατάθεση. Monday night the order. Friday I get again to ask what is happening because I have not received any mail and they tell me that things are ready and they did not send them because they wanted to call me to ask if I want by courier or transport and that I had to put money accordingly the way I preferred. When asked, so much time passed because they did not get to ask, they said that they are drowning and have a lot of work. A ridiculous excuse for a professional not to be able to call. If they have so much work, let them hire people. When I said that they owed me money from the cancellation and even after two days they have not been credited, then he told me that I should not put extra money. My bad experience with my transaction is the tragedy that I used to ask every time instead of being informed that there is no product and the shipping method. At best I call it disorganization otherwise it is indifference. Let me say that I placed the order in a similar store and they called me the next day to tell me that they were sending the products. In both cases I had immediately placed the bank deposit with the order.
