Η εμπορική δραστηριότητα της υπηρεσίας με την πολύ χαμηλή ποιότητα προσφερομενων υλικών που ήδη έχουν πληρωθεί είναι απαράδεκτη. Σε χώρες της νότιας Αφρικής και Αμερικής δεν υπάρχουν τέτοιες καταστάσεις. Unacceptably high price for materials that have already been paid indirectly and directly. The commercial activity of the service with the very low quality of offered materials that have already been paid is unacceptable. There are no such situations in South Africa and the Americas.

E	Eleftherios Antonopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτες καθυστερήσεις στην διεκπεραίωση των παραγγελιών, ακόμα και για μια απλή βεβαίωση αν έχουν ή δεν έχουν μια αεροφωτογραφία. Παρωχημένο site και e-shop και γενικά οργάνωση από τις χειρότερες σε όλο το Δημόσιο σε μια υπηρεσία που υπολειτουργεί, ενώ θα έπρεπε να βρίσκεται στην αιχμή του δόρατος της ψηφιακής εξυπηρέτησης. Προφανώς δεν υπάρχει καμία σύγκριση με αντίστοιχες υπηρεσίες άλλων ευρωπαϊκών χωρών αλλά ακόμα και με την υδρογραφική υπηρεσία του ελληνικού πολεμικού ναυτικού που σε εξυπηρετούν γρήγορα και έχουν και πολύ χρηστικό e-shop. Unacceptable delays in processing orders, even for a simple confirmation whether or not they have an aerial photograph. Outdated site and e-shop and generally organization of the worst in the entire State in a service that is underperforming, while it should be at the forefront of the digital service. Obviously there is no comparison with similar services of other European countries but even with the hydrographic service of the Greek navy that serve you quickly and have a very useful e-shop.

Will report further about aerial photo results when I receive the order next week. Ten days later: picked up the order and sat down to check. Two of the 4 aerial photos were off from the location I had ordered. I took a number and waited to talk to the aerial photo guy. He agreed they were off, took them in the back and made the techs reprint them correctly on the spot!! Of course I had to wait but it was worth it—-I got what I wanted and don’t have to go back! Παρά πολύ ευχαριστιμενη από τη Γεωγραφική Υπηρεσία Στρατού!!!
