★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάθε φορά το ίδιο πράγμα αδυναμία παράδοσης ενώ δεν ήρθαν καν στο σπίτι απλά με ένα μήνυμα μας ενημερώνουν!!! Απορώ γιατί να χρεωθω αντικαταβολή ενώ δεν μου το φέρνουν καν στο σπίτι τότε γιατί πληρώνω για το μήνυμα?????? Απαράδεκτο
Every time the same thing can't deliver while they didn't even come home with just a message let us know !!! I wonder why I am charged a down payment while not even bringing it home then why I pay for the message ?????? Unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολλές ώρες στην ουρά περιμένοντας να πάρω ένα μικρό δέμα για υπόθεση 5 λεπτών (συμπεριλαμβανομένου των ηλικιωμένων που περίμεναν την σύνταξη τους). Σχετικά ευγενικό προσωπικό.
Αρνητικό που δεν μπορούσα να παραλάβω το δέμα στην οικία μου ενώ πληρώνω εξτρά την αντικαταβολή (προτού δημιουργηθεί το ΕΛΤΑ courier στην πόλη).
Many hours in line waiting for me to get a small package for a 5 minute case (including seniors waiting for their pension). Relatively polite staff.
Negative that I could not pick up the parcel at my home while paying extra cash on delivery (before the ELTA courier was created in the city).
