Αλλά πρώτη μου φορά βλέπω τόσο μη εξυπηρετικά άτομα και να λένε ότι τα συστημένα πρέπει να πάω εγώ να τα πάρω και όχι να τα φέρει ο ταχυδρομος και μάλιστα με ύφος : εννοείται αυτό. But for the first time I see such unhelpful people and they say that the recommended ones should be taken by me and not brought by the post office and in fact in style: that means.

Επίσης δεν μας άφησαν να βάλουμε εμείς τα γραμματόσημα για τα οποία χρεωθήκαμε στους φακέλους, προκειμένου να ελέγξουμε αν όντως είναι της αντίστοιχης αξίας, που χρεωθήκαμε έτσι κι αλλιώς περισσότερο από την προβλεπόμενη τιμολόγηση For simple letters we sent we were charged more than the provided ELTA pricing that is valid nationwide. Πήγαινα κάθε μέρα να παραλάβω το δέμα μου στις 14.15 μετα τη δουλειά μου και ενώ έκλειναν 14.30 κανονικά, είχαν κλειδωμένες πόρτες,με υποτιθεμενη εντολή να κλείνουν τις συναλλαγές στις 13.45. Εφόσον έχω πληρώσει μεταφορικά να μου έρθει σε συγκεκριμένη διεύθυνση ,για ποιο λόγο δεν το στέλνουν ποτέ ; Unacceptable behavior.
