★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε δύο περιπτώσεις άφιξης δεμάτων από εξωτερικό, αφού έφτασαν στο ταχυδρομείο ενημερώθηκε στο tracking system ότι έχει ειδοποιηθεί ο πελάτης χωρίς να έχει γίνει αυτό. Στη μια περίπτωση μάλιστα, την επόμενη μέρα το σύστημα ενημερώθηκε ότι το δέμα παραδόθηκε, ενώ δεν είχα καν ειδοποιηθεί για την άφιξη.
In two cases of parcels arriving from abroad, after they arrived at the post office, the tracking system was informed that the customer had been notified without doing so. In one case, in fact, the next day the system was informed that the parcel had been delivered, while I had not even been notified of the arrival.
