Αναμονή στην ουρά. Ατέλειωτη γραφειοκρατία. Είναι απαραίτητος ο εκσυγχρονισμός.

5 αστεράκια για την προϊσταμένη Γιώτα, που είναι ευγενέστατη και κάνει ότι μπορεί δεδομένων των συνθηκών για να εξυπηρετήσει όσο καλύτερα γίνεται. 1 αστεράκι για την έλλειψη προσωπικού και την πρόσφατη απόλυση πολύ καλών υπαλλήλων.Το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο που δεν απαντά ποτέ, τα απαρχαιομενα συστήματα και την παντελή έλλειψη οργάνωσης.

Extremely rude woman working there! She talks down on people, from the moment I entered she was very diminishing and mean. She escalated, creating a very negative environment for her colleagues, myself and the other customers! in the mean time she was very rudely behaving and holding a tone on me, even tried to take the person after me communicating with me in an extremely improper, not polite, aggressive and unprofessional manner! Such aggressive and sour people SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE! They should be there to help and explain how things work not scream at customers and make the surrounding feel horrible. Such black negativity in behavior poisons the working environment and makes everyone around feed bad and more nervous and can set the tone for people’s whole day and mental state health. Nobody is obliged to listen to other person fighting in public space - she simply disturbs the environment! She does not enjoy working there. She cannot do this job well because main part of this job is to service customers in normal professional manner without all this escalation! I had to calm her down and she should already know that this behavior is unacceptable. The other woman on parcel section was very polite I needed to send a parcel and asked for the right seize box by mentioning the price of it! (Second biggest, 1.5 euros as exhibited in the store) she gave me the biggest box in the store, I told her is way tooooo big for my parcel and I smiled. She started very negatively arguing ab it as if I have addressed her in improper way. I politely ensured her I know the seize of my package placed right in-front her eyes. She then tried to give me another bigger box, and I told her again is too big for me. She gave me 3 diff box seizes until she agreed to give me the box I asked her for at the 1st place by! This person is utterly unhappy and and would be mean in any kind of position, probably holds this attitude in general with many other ppl! Her attitude is a personal characteristic - definitely not professional behavior! There is so many other polite people who could perfectly do this position! This way she disturbs and sets a negative tone for her own state, working environment and daily experience.
