★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφήνουν ειδοποιητήρια χωρίς να χτυπάνε κουδούνι και στο κατάστημα οι υπάλληλοι είναι εντελώς αγενέστατοι.
 They leave notices without ringing the bell and in the store the employees are completely rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Κάνουν ο,τι μπορούν για να μην παραδώσουν και να πας εσύ να παραλάβεις. Τηλέφωνα δεν σηκώνουν ΠΟΤΕ.
Unacceptable service. They do what they can to not deliver and you go to pick up. Phones NEVER pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ κακή εξυπηρέτηση!! Περιμένεις το λιγότερο 1ωρα να εξυπηρετηθείς. Για τη διαδικασία που χρειάζεται να γίνει προκειμένου να παραλάβεις δεμα συγγενικου προσώπου 1ου βαθμού δεν θα σχολιασω γιατι δεν ειναι θεμα του προσωπικού η ευγένεια όμως ειναι και η κυρια πισω απο το κισε δεν τη διαθετει! Κρίμα σε μια πόλη τοσο οργανωμένη να υπάρχουν τέτοιες υπηρεσίες.
Very poor service !! You wait at least 1 hour to be served. For the process that needs to be done in order to receive a parcel of a 1st degree relative, I will not comment because it is not a matter for the staff, but it is courtesy and the main one behind the bag does not have it! Too bad in a city so organized to have such services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do their job. It's a public service, served by 3 staff members. I see a lot of people nagging every time I go there, usually the end of the month, but no one seems to have the patience to wait. The pandemic ain't helping considering you have to stand outside. It was fine during summer, but not sure what's going to happen in winter.
