The staff is very polite, the distributor is unacceptable, the shipment of bills is very late and many times they come expired or do not come at all.
s	stefanos X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξέρω αν είναι όλα τα ελληνικά ταχυδρομεία έτσι αλλά το εν λόγω ταχυδρομικό κατάστημα, είναι επιεικώς ΑΘΛΙΟ. Οι παραδόσεις της αλληλογραφίας είναι σε μεσαιωνικό επίπεδο. Στέλνονται κάρτες τραπεζών και κάνουν 3 εβδομάδες να τις παραδόσουν. Για τους λογαριασμούς ΔΕΚΟ δεν το συζητάμε αλλά ούτε και μας ενδιαφέρει καθώς υπάρχει το ονλάιν. Πριν από 3 ή 4 χρόνια, ακύρωσα την κάρτα (ανανέωση λόγω λήξης) που μου έστειλε η Τράπεζα καθώς μου είπε ότι στάλθηκε πριν 3 εβομάδες και δεν την είχα λάβει. Την επόμενη μέρα έφτασε (η ακυρωμένη πλέον). Ένας γνωστός μου πολύ πρόσφατα μετά από άπειρες προσπάθειες να επικοινωνήσει τηλεφωνικά μαζί τους για την κάρτα που του έστειλε η τράπεζα και αφού τις ελάχιστες φορές που απάντησαν του είπανε πως δεν την έχουν αναγκάστηκε να ορίσει δικηγόρο και ως εκ θαύματος σε μία ώρα, μετά την όχληση του, βρέθηκε η κάρτα. Τα συστημένα, όχι μόνο δέματα αλλά και απλές επιστολές, δεν τις παραδίδουν ποτέ, όπως είναι υποχρεωμένοι στη διεύθυνση παράδοσης. Ξεκινούν τη μέρα τους, χωρίς να τα ΄κουβαλούν, έχοντας εκ των πρωτέρων έτοιμο το χαρτί που λέει "περάσαμε και δε σας βρήκαμε" για να έρθει ο παραλήπτης να το πάρει από το κατάστημα. Αποδεδειγμένα, πάντα έτσι γίνεται. Δεν πατάνε ποτέ τους το κουδούνι. Μια φορά πριν πολλά χρόνια, κατεβαίνοντας να παρω γάλα από απέναντι βρήκα γυρνώντας το χαρτί αυτό, το οποίο δεν υπήρχε λίγα λεπτά πριν όταν έβγαινα από την πολυκατοικία. Έψαξα λοιπόν και βρήκα την ταχυδρόμο λίγο πιο κάτω και της το ζήτησα. Εννοείται πως δεν το είχε μαζί της. Και να πεις πως ήταν κανα βαρύ δέμα? Όχι, ένας φάκελος με ένα μονοσέλιδο έγγραφο ήταν. Εν τω μεταξύ όσες φορές διαμαρτυρήθηκα, αντιμετώπισα αντίδραση επάξια ηθοποιού οσκαρικών προδιαγραφών, να ορίονται πως δεν είναι έτσι, πως κάνω λάθος. Οπότε δεν είναι να απορεί κανείς για την απαξίωση του Δημοσίου στην Ελλάδα μας. I do not know if all the Greek post offices are like that but the post office in question is indulgently POOR. The traditions of the correspondence are at a medieval level. Bank cards are sent and it takes 3 weeks to deliver them. We do not discuss DEKO accounts, but we are not interested either, as there is online. 3 or 4 years ago, I canceled the card (renewal due to expiration) sent to me by the Bank as it told me that it was sent 3 weeks ago and I had not received it. It arrived the next day (now canceled). An acquaintance of mine very recently after endless attempts to contact them by phone about the card sent to him by the bank and after the few times they answered he was told that they had not been forced to appoint a lawyer and miraculously in an hour, after the harassment of, the card was found. The registered, not only parcels but also simple letters, never deliver them, as they are obliged to the delivery address. They start their day without carrying them, having in advance the paper that says "we passed and we did not find you" for the recipient to come and get it from the store. Proven, this is always the case. They never ring their bell. Once many years ago, going down to get milk from the opposite side, I found turning this paper, which was not there a few minutes before when I was leaving the apartment building. So I searched and found the postman a little further down and asked her. Of course he did not have it with her. And to say that it was a heavy package? No, it was a folder with a one-page document. In the meantime, as many times as I protested, I faced a reaction worthy of an Oscar-winning actor, to be defined as not being like that, that I am wrong. So one should not be surprised about the devaluation of the State in our Greece.
T	TransCar Μεταφορές Αυτοκινήτων on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άλλη μια δημόσιο υπάλληλο αντιμετώπιση, αδιαφορία, γενικά βρώμικο κατάστημα εν όψη covid. Τηλέφωνο δε σηκώνουν σχεδόν ποτέ. Another civil servant dealing, indifference, generally dirty shop in covid view. They almost never pick up the phone.

I personally am very happy with the girls who work in this post office. They are professionals and do their job perfectly.
M	Maselette Let on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαίσιο! Αυτό είναι το χειρότερο ταχυδρομείο στον κόσμο! Τα κορίτσια που δουλεύουν εκεί δεν κάνουν απολύτως τη δουλειά τους! Απλώς είναι πολύ τεμπέληδες να ψάξουν για πακέτα και λένε ότι δεν ήρθαν, αν και το site λέει ότι είναι εκεί! Αλλά αφού τους μαλώσω και λέω ότι το πακέτο είναι πραγματικά εκεί, με ένα πολύ δυσαρεστημένο πρόσωπο, τελικά το βρίσκουν! πάντα έτσι! η στάση είναι τρομερή, όχι ευγενική. Πολύ δυσάρεστο. Δεν ξέρουν τίποτα για τη δουλειά τους, τα ίδια πρόσωπα που βλέπω εδώ και 2 χρόνια δεν μπορούν να μάθουν πώς να στέλνουν δέματα και δεν μπορούν να απαντήσουν σε μια ερώτηση. Αυτές τις μέρες απλός ήθελα να πάρω χρήματα, μόνο που μου έστειλαν 50 € στη Western Union. Και μου ζητάνε τη φορολογική μου δήλωση και το εκκαθαριστικά; Έχουν ξεφύγει τελείως; Αν ήμουν ο ιδιοκτήτης, την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα, θα είχα πετάξει έξω αυτά τα κοριτσάκια. Βαθμό -10. Horrible! This is the worst mail in the world! The girls who work there do not do their job at all! They are just too lazy to look for packages and say they did not come, although the site says it is there! But after I argue with them and say that the package is really there, with a very unhappy face, they finally find it! always like that! the attitude is terrible, not polite. Very unpleasant. They do not know anything about their work, the same people I see for 2 years can not learn how to send parcels and can not answer a question. These days I just wanted to get money, only they sent me € 50 to Western Union. And they ask me for my tax return and liquidation? Have they escaped completely? If I were the owner, on the very first day, I would have thrown these little girls out. Grade -10.
