★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλός καφές. Τραγική συμπεριφορά σε τακτικό πελάτη. Παίρναμε καθημερινά (και λέω παίρναμε γιατί από σήμερα σταματάμε) στην επιχείρηση που εργάζομαι καφέδες τουλάχιστο 2 φορές τη μέρα, αρκετά άτομα (τουλάχιστο 10+) και ξαφνικά σήμερα που ζητήσαμε 2 καφέδες μάθαμε πως έχει ελάχιστη παραγγελία €5 και πως δε μπορούν να μας τους στείλουν ντεμεκ...κατανοητό να μη θέλεις να στείλεις μόνο 2 αν είναι κάποια τυχαία παραγγελία από νούμερο που δε σε έχει ξαναπάρει...αλλά σε πελάτη που όλο το μήνα κάνει παραγγελίες καθημερινά και είναι 2 βήματα, κάνεις και τα στραβά μάτια καμιά φορά...: Προς απάντηση σας και δυστυχως επειδη ετυχε να περναω μπροστα απο τη συνάδελφο που εκανε την παραγγελια η τελευταια της κουβεντα ηταν "δηλαδη για 1,50 ευρω δε μπορειτε να μας τη στειλετε?, ε τοτε ακυρωστε την παραγγελια" και εκλεισε το τηλεφωνο - Επισης με μηχανακι ειμαστε κυριολεκτικα 5 - 7 λεπτα δε ξερω γιατι λετε πως ειναι μακρινη η τοποθεσια μας. Η ευγενεια ειναι αμφιδρομη ξερετε, οπως και να εξυπηρετειτε και εναν πελατη περα απο τα στανταρ που εχετε θεσει, οπως κανει και η επιχειρηση στην οποια εργαζομαστε, οπως κανουν και αλλες επιχειρησεις για τακτικους πελατες.

Kindness is two-way, you know, no matter how you serve a customer beyond the standards you have set, as does the company we work for, as do other businesses for regular customers.
